ugh. I was hoping not to have to post but my forensic application to the Edinburgh court just came back - despite having followed wonderful buddy9 amazing advice .
apparently - I have left box 3 on page 2 blank - I did this as I’m the only person dealing with everything.
didn’t mention reg number or engine size of car in inventory (!) ….ok whoops
and doquetted will in wrong place. I did it on back of one of the pages of the will and they say it needs to be on a page with text of will.
so back to the drawing board and another 7 weeks plus wait. Sharing to inform people of more traps and ask buddy if there’s any advice he can share.

Not a lot to add.
The first box against para 3 on page 2 is always completed. And where there is a single executor the words ‘along with the said’ can be deleted.
Car registration is always included. Unique registration plates can have their own additional value. Currie advises to include make, model, registration number and engine size. Presumably engine size is redundant with electric cars.

thanks buddy - docquet wise should I try and squeeze it on the front page even tho there’s hardly any room? And should i cross out the other docquetting?

The docquet does not need to be on the first page, you can choose a page with a larger margin.
I would strikethrough the one on the rear and add an initial.
