Well that's one day down. Today hasn't been to bad, all things considering. Hope I get some sleep tonight, heads just spinning with a million things to do.
Tomorrow I must:-
- go council and fill out housing form
- ring tax credits
- pay bill money in bank
- buy some toiletries for new house (will feel better if I'm able to put some ticks on list) not got much this week but it will be a start

Up, dressed and ready to go. Just waiting for my sister to turn up so I can get this ball rolling!

Phoned up tax credits, so just have to wait until form arrives, may take two weeks.
Filled in the application form for housing but again may take weeks until it is accepted. But I can keep checking online to see if I'm able to place bids at any point. On the plus side found that they have a few properties on right move 'available now' there were two suitable for me, however someone beat me there. If they don't go through though, they will call me. Nice to know there may be a slightly quicker option. As the sooner the better really.
Going to have another look at free cycle etc to see if I can find anything. I guess I'll have to check every day to have some luck xDebt Remaing £315 :jBreath out the past, Breath in the futureBig Dreams Start Small0 -
Just popped in to say Hi. I've read a few of your posts and I hope it all goes well for you. Sounds like you are doing the best thing for you and your little ones which is the right thing to do.

Really struggled through work today. Head just full off too much stuff and worrying about different things. Could not focus on anything at all. And my regulars were in high demand off talking to me and hassling me. Normally I've got all the time In the world for them, but it was hard today.
Couple off small digs from him tonight, he's still trying to be all nicey nicey but I think it may begin to wear off in a few days.
Found a double like new mattress on Facebook pages today for £20 so hopefully can get that picked up. Although I have bed, in need off new mattress as with his drinking he wees the bed a lot and the mattress is discussing now.
Not been able to list anything on eBay, mind not been in the right frame but hopefully I'll be able to get in gear at some point.Debt Remaing £315 :jBreath out the past, Breath in the futureBig Dreams Start Small0 -
Well he kicked off again tonight.
He's fallen asleep now, been hiding down the pub for a hour, listening him to him storming around and waiting to it calmed down.
Locked up pub and came upstairs for brew before bed. He was sat there silently for 20mins before he became. He'd been drinking again, but to be fair there hasn't been a drink less night for about two week re one.
He asked if I don't my sister about spilting up which I replied yes.he asked what she said, which I responded nothing really. He then began to lay into her about being on benefits and I bet she's been telling you what to claim for etc (she's has various medical conditions which I can't spell) he was proper pounding me about thar. Despite that I've always worked even when I'm meant to be on maternity leave and I carried him when he was self employed and had no money.
He then begain just pounding me and pounding me, attacking anything he could think off. All verbally, until I just got to the point off shouting leave me alone, just go away. Couldn't cope anymore.
I woke my sister up she's coming to get me and the children in the morning. She doesn't have room for me, we're be sleeping on the sofa but I can't take it no more. I really wanted to hold out so it doesn't effect little one school and be able to get some stuff together and be more prepared for a new home. But I can't cope just going to fall to pieces.
I'm so shaken him and he's just snoring in his bed like he doesn't have a care in the world. No sleep for me tonight.Debt Remaing £315 :jBreath out the past, Breath in the futureBig Dreams Start Small0 -
Oh and I been accused off cheating again, with someone called matt who drinks in the pub. I haven't even got a clue who that it is.
The other night it was someone I was painting on the wall (an artist draws on the wall, I paint them) because I was painting them I was sleeping with them, again don't even know the guy apart from pouring him a pint occasionally, he doesn't tend to come in the days when I work.Debt Remaing £315 :jBreath out the past, Breath in the futureBig Dreams Start Small0 -
I'm sorry things have got worse but I'm glad your sister is able to come round and get you. No-one should have to live like this. I hope you and your family feel a lot better once you are out of this toxic situation.
Today is the first day of your new life.

Morning JoJo,
It may not feel like it but you're on the home straight now, from what you have mentioned above he is going into full on loser mode which to be fair is what you would expect (it's harder to be the one getting left as opposed to the one doing the leaving).
You are not doing anything wrong, you are doing what is best for you and your child and you have tried in the past to make the relationship work so you have nothing to feel ashamed about even if he tries to suggest otherwise.
Good luck and keep posting if you need to vent

Morning Jojo,
Have been following your thread and just wanted to say you're absolutely right to get you and the kids out. It doesn't matter that there is only a sofa, the kids will think it's an adventure. Just be safe. Everything else will fall into place so long as you keep yourself and the kids safe. Big hugs. XxPAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.
