Tilly, they won't, because it's a poorly performing organisation where the big ticket triumphs mask the daily litany of negative decisions and in-fighting.
I applied for 2/3 posts I identified, they're based with local authorities, so I wouldn't expect to hear anything until the last minute. I didn't apply for the 3rd as it's c. 45-50 miles away and I can't justify the cost of the commute on such a low wage (relatively).
Stuggling to find anything else, I look every couple of days and use a broad range of sites.
Just needed to vent, the internet is a safety valve!0 -
