Vodafone - getting these calls too.

Left me a voicemail today in which the operator can be heard swearing, using the word "f*cking" - which was wonderful as I had my phone on loud speaker in front of my kids!

Dont delete it, call Ofcom record a complaint and then email V CEO about it, frankly they need to know how bad.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)
  • Could someone from Vodafone please contact me - I too have been plagued with calls from 01709 765330.

On my final call - after some considerable time on the phone, I questioned why the caller couldn't give me a better package, one that was more aligned to the packages new customers were being offered - he hung up!!!!

I found the whole experience very intimidating and the Vodafone representative verged on aggressive.
  • Only if they're psychic. You need to follow the instructions on the top thread to contact them first so they know who you are.

Lee, are you still working for Vodafone please? I'm close to cancelling 3 phone contracts with you guys due to calls from 01709 765330. My bill is on average £150 a month so will be happy to go elsewhere

I am the official company representative of Vodafone. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. Just used the form to report constant calls over the past three days. Is it Vodafone or can I block the number? Am TPS registered so if not Vodafone then I will report the company.

The number is on Vodafone's official "Sales Team" list: http://support.vodafone.co.uk/Calls-texts-and-voicemail/Calls-from-Vodafone/38912113/Is-it-Vodafone-calling.htm

I've already moved to a different phone network, not least because of Vodafone's ridiculous sales tactics. You can try reporting Vodafone but they'll probably shrug it off.

Guys depending on your phone it should be easy to simply block these calls. If you go to your call list there might be an option to block the number.

An easier way is to get an app called truecaller. People who use the app have created a massive list of spam numbers and you can simply block them all. You can also just block this single number if you like.
