Hi I have had a really upsetting incident in morrisons middlewich today I had about £110 worth of shopping in my trolley and I put it all on the belt ready to checkout a nice girl said hello which was nice and I said will you stop at £40 as I want the new bonus week 1 she started to put my shopping through the checkout and then said I'm sorry you carnt split your shopping into 2 separate shops it's not allowed I said my other half was with me so he will be the second customer so I began to arrange my shopping for 2 shops she called the supervisor over and she said you carnt do that we know your together and no other morrisons are allowed to do that by this time I'm getting a little peed off so I said ok I don't want the shopping I will shop elsewhere at my normal morrisons I don't have a problem so she sent for the manager who took one look at us and he said no as we'll so we left the shopping where it was and ask for my £1 from the trolley everyone was looking and I felt stupid what a carry on.About 10miles later we found another morrisons did the same thing without a problem no wonder profits are going down they nearly lost all my business approx £150 a week we have shopped in morrisons it must be over 10 years.
