    Welcome 123 and fixx

Hope your foot is better soon kadison that show sounds great btw

Hope you're enjoying your sunny holiday assett - well deserved :)

Just had a look through my stash and tried to be brutal with getting rid of things. Made a pile for: things that I definitely don't want/unlikely to use (to sell at upcoming car boot), things to try out over the next month (if I don't like these will also be going to the car boot) and things to bin (gone off/used and unhygienic to sell/give away).

This has given me a good boost on my outs numbers - hooray! Here are the things that I am definitely getting rid of, one way or another:

64 - Champneys Watermint body scrub 200ml - smells lovely but takes me so long to get through scrubs!
65 - Percy and Reed Finishing Polish 100ml
    66 - Sanctuary Intensive Heel Balm 75ml
    67 - Sanctuary Luxury Bath Float 75ml
    68 - Rimmel Natural Bronzer
    69 - Clinique Almost Bronzer
    70 - Collection 2000 Shimmer and shade
71 - Rimmel Colour Loose in velvet
72 - Rimmel Colour Loose in pearl
73 - Rimmel Volume flash mascara
74 - Benefit Bad Gal mini
75 - Sleek Lip 4 palette in showgirl
76 - MUA lipstick trio in temptress
77 - MUA lipstick trio in scarlet
78 - The Body Shop born lippy satsuma lip balm
79 - NYC Sparkle eye dust in baby blue
80 - Bourjois loose eyeshadow in gold
    81-83 - other eyeshadows
    84-87 - 4 nail effects - fur, beads
    88-93 - 6 mini nail polishes
    94-98 - 5 full size nail polishes
99 - Boots nail and cuticle oil

Most of these things haven't ever been used - oh the shame! Some of the items are so old though and I have been hanging onto them for nostalgic reasons. Luckily most of it is cheap stuff but it all adds up. Hopefully I can make a few pennies at the car boot selling, not expecting much but is something to add to the other stuff I have to sell. May get rid of lots from the 'to try' pile as well.

Clinique almost bronzer is lovely.. So natural and build able.. It's my favourite I'm sure you'll love it :)

I have cleaned out my shower and added new everything and I had used all that was in there over the month.

I have finally used up the Toni and guy detox shampoo. WMBA if needed it. Worked out didn't need the shampoo tho just needed to get rid of stuff I was using on my hair!!

So new stuff in shower all out stash:-

Pantene volume conditioner & shampoo both 400 mls
Imperial leather foam burst shower gel
    Lush Sweetypie shower jelly
    Sanctuary body scrub tube 200mls
Soap & glory body scrub tub- 400mls
    Champneys detox body scrub 200mls
    James brown intensive conditioner
    Clarins energise facial wash
    Nivea shower moisturiser
    Lush facial wash
    & new razor

Should take a wee while to get threw that lot as it's all brand new. I do have a lush shower gel- snow fairy 100 mls that will be finished tomorrow. About another 4 or 5 in stash.

    In's-

I couldn't resist the philosophy deal which is but any two products and get 3 products free!! A medium sized exfoliating wash free (I think 240mls) , a 90 mls cleanser purity & 15mls hop in a jar ... All free when you buy two products!!

I bought hope in a jar 15 mls & 240 mls cleanser purity.

Also got a sample of purity & chemical peel face pad free samples too. Used the pad tod might it is cyclonic & madelic together I believe. Hopefully wake up to nice bright skin :):)

Not needed but all great sized freebies that can actually be purchased!!

UU no 16/ lush fairy tail scrub. I love this but it's very uneconomical and you are lucky to get 2 uses out of it! I also think it's a seasonal product so WMBA

17/ Toni and guy shampoo for dry hair 50mls. I don't have particularly dry hair so this was nothing special WNBA

Oops I've mucked my numbers up way back at the start so it's actually 17 and 18 there
No more unnecessary toiletries Feb 2014 INS: 24 UU: 13. Mar 2014. INS: lost count, naughty step for me! UU: 8

1 more UU last night, Nivea soft cream. Was nice, did the job. WMBA but I think I'd rather have a moisturiser that I can use for morning and evening.

    Thanks ladies :)

mad_scientist yep, I'm still shocked/annoyed by them, but it's great at keeping spending under control! Unless I do a trip back to the UK that is :p

I took a few friends over for a weekend in London last year and took them shopping - they went absolutely mad, they couldn't believe how cheap everything was! We came back with very full suitcases.

Anyway, I've totted everything up from the the weekend and start of this week...

    TA:
    - Escada shower gel I found while cleaning the bathrooom - I should have thrown it away months ago, used it once and had a really bad reaction swollen rash head to toe! It was a gift, so fortunately didn't pay for it.
    - Clinique eyeshadow duo - loved it, but had been dropped several times, and was so broken and disintrgrated it was unusable. I have loads of other similar colours to use up anyway
    - StriVectin Facial serum that was so old it had gone off! Was an odd colour and very gloopy.
    - Clinique Super City Block - old and has gone off - weird gloopy slightly grainy texture. And I'm pretty sure the sunblock would be useless by now! It's over 4 years old though. WMBA - it was a HG product while living in London with lots of pollution, but now I don't need that, so I'll try just normal suncream on my face and see how I get on.
    - Unknown brand Combo black liquid and pencil liner - liquid has dried out, and I have plenty of black eyeliners I like.

UU: (most were already almost finished)
    - H&S citrus fresh shampoo - WBA, it's great if my scalp gets irritated after dying my hair. Now replaced with a half full bottle that was already floating about.
    - Soap from a set. Replaced with another. I don't buy soaps, but it was a really nice set of organic soaps from Brazil recieved as a gift
    - 2 x Clarins sample size HydraQuench Rich / Extra Rich creams (both part used, cut open to finish). WMBA - really lovely rich creams. Wouldn't use regularly, but would be nice to have to hand for those days you need a really rich comforting face cream. Too many other creams to use first though...
    - Sachet of face mask (nothing special)
    - Boots essentials cucmber face wipes - WBA, but have another pack already.
    - Nina Ricci Les Belles de Ricci EDT (original scent/Liberty Fizz) - WDBA but it's discontinued :( It's my ultimate day/summer perfume. I've got a small half full bottle to use now, and a full large bottle still in stash, so I'll cope for a while.
    - sachet Clarins Instant Smooth Foundation - WMBA. I was really impressed by this, I might try and get another sample next time I'm in a store to compare more closely to current foundations. But I have two really good ones to finish first!
    - Body Shop Spa Wisdom Morocco Argan and Orange Blossom body souffle - WMBA. It was a gift, didn't think I'd like the frangrance but actually really did like it, and excellent texture, absorption etc. Will consider when I've got through all other body creams/lotions
    - Lee Stafford Big Fat Hair conditioner - WNBA. Left my hair dry and knotty. Only bought it as it took a while to get my hands on my HG conditioner.
    - Boots cotton wool balls - WBA though I've just spotted a half full bag on a shelf
    - L'Oreal Elvive Fibrology conditioner - WNBA. Fine but nothing special

First post was getting a bit long, so here are my in's (:o) and PP - I've never done a PP before, but I like the idea!

So, a few in's to confess to, oops! I'm normally really good, but it was a heavily discounted VIP sale at the local L'Oreal headquarters, and I actually didn't buy very much - most I walked past going "don't need... have too many... I'm not paying THAT!"
    - Lancome Self tanning face lotion, 50ml. Paid £6.50, and needed some kind of tan lotion for face, so I feel ok about that
    - Lancome Visionnaire 30ml, with extra 7ml tube, 3ml Visionnaire eye cream, and 7ml Genefique, all for £14. Very good value, and I will eventually use all of it. Just need to get through some other serums first!!
I bought a couple of gift sets in pretty boxes, but strictly as pressies for my mum and sister, so I'm not counting those :)

    PP:
    - 2 half used facial moisturisers (No7 and Simple) being used on my neck
    - Soltan beautiful bronze self tan lotion (as the pump is broken, and it's annoying me!)
    - BodyShop small Strawberry Body butter (on my legs as I don't like the smell!)
    - Vaseline spray and Go body moisturiser - it's nice, but half used, and I really need to get through body lotion stuff
    - Body Shop Aloe Vera toner - fine, but not HG, so want it finished.
    - Soap & Glory serum - I like it, but have a few serums, so knocking one off would be nice progress!

    Hola Beauty Queens

First off, I just want to say you are all blimmin' lovely :grouphug: Thankyou for all the good wishes, I had such a lovely day with my bestie yesterday and her brood are the most gorgeous bunch I have ever seen. It was all I could do not to bring one of her twins home with me ;) I was sorry to read that many of you are also separated from your BFFs but we are all blessed to have such special people in our lives no matter how far away they are. If you haven't spoken to yours in a while, I think you should take a second to text him/her to let them know that they're loved :)

GA #6: Maybelline The Falsies Waterproof Mascara; DD is here for the week and has forgotten her mascara so I've given her this to UU. It was OK, but not my favourite so WNBA. She's also pilfered a nude MUA single matte eyeshadow but I don't count these in my stash.

Welcome fixx, 321 and any other returners/newbies I might have missed :)

Kadison, I have completely forgotten what I was going to say to you :rotfl: I'll read back and see if it comes flooding back to me.

Dippy, what happened?! You can tell us, we won't judge...!

Welcome fixx, and it sounds like you're making great progress with lots of outs already!

KT - I really rate the Percy & Reed Finishing Polish and the Sanctuary foot cream - have you tried them?

FizzWhizz - pleased you had a fab day with your bestie :)

sweetcheeks33 - nooooo, don't tell me that! I'm a sucker for good GWP deals, and I love Philosophy skincare, especially Purity! I'm parking the blame for any INs strictly in your court :D

    I have a UU:

    113. TBS Pink Grapefruit Body Puree 60ml - this was a freebie and I WDNB. This was my gym bag lotion and I liked the fragrance at first - until my OH commented that it smelled like BO, and then that's all I could smell every time I applied it and it made me really self-conscious! I wasn't keen on the consistency either, more like a gel than a lotion so didn't feel very moisturising and left me feeling a little sticky too.

Lots of splutterers so I'm hopeful of plenty more UUs before the month is out.

*toodles off to look at the Philosophy website...*
