UU 2 Nivea roll ons I need to find a more long lasting brand. Anyone got recommendations?

    Mitchum, any of the fragrances.
It's my HG, I usually wait until it's on offer in Savers or Wilkos, the 50g is often just £1. Genuinely a 48 hour deodorant, wonderful product.

Oooo I like the sound of that massage, I'd like one now actually, I feel all achey and knotted!

Well my evening with Jon went well, he stayed over until half an hour ago (third date so seperate beds tyvm).

I'm so used to being on my own though (day in/day out sometimes) that even though I really like him, towards the end I felt a bit "it's been lovely but can you go now?!" :rotfl:

I can open my cupboards now and watch things fall out, I can also find all my purchases and log them on here

Hope everyone had a great bank holiday. UUs have been slow this month but no ins to report thankfully:

StriVectin Anti-ageing tint sample: WIB? Probably not, felt there it was nothing special.

Elemis Pro-Radiance Illuminating Flash balm anti-ageing sample: WIB? No, similar to first product.

Yardley London Rose body spray: Got this "free" with a Boots glitch. WMBA but only if it was a special deal again.

I think any of us who have experienced singledom for any length of time can relate to this ;) I love my DH with all my heart but he gets on my bumps sometimes, not because he's annoying but just because he's there :D

UU #86: Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Conditioner 750ml; I like this, especially in conjunction with the matching shampoo. I used to use this to CO wash but I struggled to keep my scalp clean, however on using after the low-sulphate 'poo it provides plenty slip for detangling and works well as a leave-in too. Replaced with same from stash.

Completely OT but I'm off to spend tomorrow with my BFF and I cannot wait to see her, her gorgeous daughter and her beautiful 18 month old twins :j I moved away 15 months ago and I miss her so very much, my heart is bursting with excitement :T

Successful shopping trip today in that there was some Nivea left in Wilko's, 2 Factor 30's, 4 20's in but these are joint so are not going on my stash list.:A

Two more cheeky UU before bed.

UU #87: Colgate Max White Toothpaste 100ml; WBA, no need at the mo as there are four other toothpastes on the go in my bathroom ATM #finishonebeforeyoustartanother

UU #88: Superdrug Cotton Wool Buds 200; WBA, replaced with Sainsbobs ones from stash.

Anyone have any idea why baby cotton buds are so much cheaper than "cosmetic" ones?!

:rotfl: kadison your post made me chuckle. I have this image of you running to open your cupboards and all the beauty goodies falling out :rotfl:

Glad you had a good time though - exciting news :)

Have a lovely day with your friend tomorrow FizzWhizz

I was tempted by the nivea for £2 - really good. Suncream is usually so expensive in this country.

I have a couple more quick UU - chose to use these to try and counterbalance some of the INS:

62 - Nuxe Body Lotion sachet - WNBA, smelt nice and absorbed well (smell reminded me of suncream for some random reason) but would not spend £16 on a body lotion

63 - Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Oil 3ml - WNBA, ok but not worth the price IMO

Just started typing out the INS but then computer crashed  Can't face typing them out again, will do it tomorrow!

Sorry for the post-fest! DH is snoring beside me and I'm starved for conversation :p

On massages, I have a good friend who is an osteopath and he'd done some research on headaches being related to muscular tension and knots in the upper back/shoulder/neck region; as a (very) frequent migraine sufferer he offered me a "freebie" massage to see if it'd help. He could find NO tension, knots or stress. My explanation was you actually have to have muscles in the first place to get knots in them :rotfl: However, I may be a bad example but there is a link between upper back tightness and headaches so if any if you are similarly afflicted, a deep tissue massage could be worth a try.

I'm going to wash my face, put my earplugs in and cwtch up with Harry Hole for a bit. N'night all xx

Oh dear - I have just calculated the amount of money that I have spent on clothes and make up/beauty products this year and it is truly shocking.

    Must do better!
