Happy shopping x
Thank you! Will have to try and pop instore as it's different online and limited range.
So, I have good and bad news. First, the good:
UU:
114. FCUK Signature Body Wash 200ml - WBA, love the fragrance and it lathers very well, really rich and creamy. Think I might have some minis of this in my present stash and might bring over to use once I've gotten through some others.
115. No7 Beautiful Skin Quick Thinking Facial Wipes x 30 - WMBA, I rarely buy facial wipes as I prefer a proper skincare regime, but these came in a sale giftset last year. As wipes go, I really rate these - they're quite wet and I find that one is enough to remove all my make-up, including heavy eye make-up.
116. Elemis PCMC 5ml - HG and WDBA once my full-size has gone.
I have a few more items which are likley to finish very soon. I'm also now going overseas for work for a couple of days next week, so should be able to get through some minis/sachets whilst away for some quick wins.
Onto the bad news... Sanctuary reductions on Boots website... body butters - my achilles heel:
IN:
95-100. Sanctuary Body Butter 100ml x 6
101-106. Sanctuary Mande Lular Body Souffle 100ml x 6
107-112. Sanctuary Relax Cocooning Body Butter 100ml x 6
And with that, all my hard work is undone. On the plus side, although I now have a stash of 49 body lotions/buttersI paid in points for these and I get through a 100ml pot weekly so it made sense for me to stock up whilst so cheap (£3.60 for a set of 3 (300ml) compared to £10 for a 300ml pot).
I'll be on the naughty step if anyone needs me...MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -

.
ooh I really like this, I think they've stopped making it (or at least part of the fcuk bosy wash) I think it was the pure bottleI have one more bottle in my stash to open
Thinking of going to Aldi to get the eye cream, there's not a store near me, nearest is about 15 miles away but have heard good things about itLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

FizzWhizz, have you remembered what you were going to say to me yet?
Well I am now going to the Bath & West show tomorrow or Saturday, so I slept in this morning and am being very lazy altogether today! No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

Nope! Honestly, I typed in your name and then it was just... gone. It was undoubtedly frontier gibberish anywayHope you have a great time when you finally get to the show
Rushing to post my last batch of OUTs before I have to go and wash off my hair dye -- think I forgot to declare it as an IN at the time but as I have stopped hoarding dyes, it's no biggie. I'm using Preference in the shade 1.07 Florence which looks on the box to be a nice inky black. Here's hoping it doesn't come out dark brown like the Garnier one I used last time, I have been rocking four different hair colours (black, dk brown, my natural ash brown and grey ) for the past couple of weeks. Snot a good look.
UU #89: Collection blahdiblah Concealer; Writing has rubbed off and I can't remember the nameWMBA, loved this to begin with but once it's been open a while it goes quite thick IMO and settles more in my wrinkles. That said, cheap enough to chuck away and replace when that happens.
UU #90: Umberto Giannini Natural Curls Styling Spray; WNBA, 'orrible stuff, sticky and drying.
UU #91: Vaseline 50g; WBA, used the last dregs to coat my hairline before slapping my dye on. Replaced with a 100g jar from stash which will likely last me years and years -- expiry date on the jar I have just binned was July 2007
TA #11: VO5 Treat Me Right Deep Conditioning Treatment; WNBA, didn't like the smell, didn't find it rich enough for my parched locks. I even tried it this week as a pre-poo condish and it was still rubbish. In the bin it goes. Replaced with a L'Oreal Triple Resist mask which I found lurking the back of a drawer
And, I have a couple of splutterers which might be gone by the end of the month... :j
I now need to make a meatloaf in under 15 minutes. Easy peasy?!0 -
Wow really good deal on the body butters there sundaysgirl - I love the sanctuary body butter. Currently using the lotion and much prefer the butters.
Have a great time at the show kadison
Fizzwhizz I really laughed at the "pre-poo condish", I read this another way :rotfl:
6 more OUTS in the way of eyeliners - all ones that were rubbish/old/dried up or a combination of all 3 :rotfl:0 -

I tried these after my first skiing experience left my knee painful. The relief is amazing. I thought it was me imagining it till DD1 borrowed them after her first ariel gymnastics class. She thought they were great too, and her ballet instructor confirmed a lot of dancers use them. There is some sciencey thing behind it, I did google it once, but the salts have magnesium in them which does good stuff to the muscles. It definitely seems much more effective than regular bath stuff.
Plain old epsom salts are also good for this. I pick up a big bag from justasoap and then chuck a few handfuls in to my bath, and top with a couple of drops of whatever essential oil takes my fancy.
Dropping by with two UUs:
Nivea water lily & oil shower gel 250ml - nice enough, picked this and a few others up for about 75p each, but didn't do anything wonderful. WNBA.
Emma Hardie cleansing balm - love love love, don't think I will move to a different cleanser for a long time. Already picked up a replacement and declared as an earlier IN
Only working a three day week but it's proving a long one. Left the house before 7 and got back just after 9pm yesterday, driving between Bristol and Cardiff and Brecon. Silly tired today, will be glad when it's the weekend! This working for a living malarkey is tough going :rotfl:0 -
Evening ladies,
I have 2 UU to declare,
Sachet of Clinique tinted moisturiser, found in an old magazine when I was having a clear out so thought I would just use it that day to get rid, but since it took 5 days to get through the sachet I am counting it as a UU instead! WNBA, tinted moisturisers don't really give enough coverage and I get very shiny!!
Throwing out the remnants of a BS Vitamin E tinted moisturiser, I cut this open weeks ago so the dregs are probably turning nasty. WNBA, didn't really like the texture, it always went on very thick and was hard to get it to look natural.
2 NBIs from earlier in the month, BS Aqua Lily shower gel and body lotion mini bottles from the present stash in my spare room. These are probably too old to give as presents now so have added to my already massive stash of both of these (whats another 60ml after all!)No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins0 -
Tossed:
38. Marcelle BB Cream. Turns out I'm a medium to dark in this. I love the product, hate the packaging. It's a tube but with a pump dispenser that if you it an airblock in the product, you have to unscrew and faff about with. Too much hassle. I have a cream to powder version of this left and happily will use it.
I got a new pair of earrings this week and one is just not comfortable and my poor earlobe is giving me grief. The post went through the piercing OK but the fastener hook thingie that the post clicks into I think was too close to my skin. The piercing tunnel feels raw in my ear and I've been rubbing it with alcohol wipes every time I'm near my bathroom sink. I haven't had this much pain in over 45 years since I got the ears pierced!0 -
No more UU for me
. I will have 1 tomorrow, the last wee bit of my comforter bubble bar. That takes it to 19 for the month I think. No more PP outs even though one is almost done it will survive past tomorrow still
Feeling a bit down about the volume of stuff I have ATM so may have a wee mission for Jun to UU mini (GWP) itemsNo more unnecessary toiletries Feb 2014 INS: 24 UU: 13. Mar 2014. INS: lost count, naughty step for me! UU: 80
