Urhhhhh! I just drove for 2 hours utterly pointlessly, down the motorway to the Bath junction and back, I stopped at the services and decided I really didn't fancy camping in this rain, so I might as well go home and just drive down for the show tomorrow morning! An afternoon wasted packing
Still, at least I have a warm bed here and I'm not spending the night sleeping in the car as it's too wet to put the tent up!No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I have a lot of Lush stuff to get through, it's quite silly. I always forget how much I enjoy baths too. I've got a damaged knee at the minute after a skiing accident, and as most of the damage is muscular (my doctor had a good look at it), baths really help!
I don't want to add to your INS but could I recommend the old fashioned Radox muscle soak bath salts if you are having muscular issues.http://www.boots.com/en/Radox-herbal-bath-salts-muscle-soak_1020614/
I tried these after my first skiing experience left my knee painful. The relief is amazing. I thought it was me imagining it till DD1 borrowed them after her first ariel gymnastics class. She thought they were great too, and her ballet instructor confirmed a lot of dancers use them. There is some sciencey thing behind it, I did google it once, but the salts have magnesium in them which does good stuff to the muscles. It definitely seems much more effective than regular bath stuff. No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!0 -

An NBI that I am not even sure I applied for...!
5 sachets of Nivea shower moisturiser.
I will have to be really careful using this. My brain says it won't work as it will just wash off me and will leave the shower slippy.
I use bath mats, but even they can be slippy in certain conditions . The next time I buy a mat it will be one of those textured ones that lightly scrub your feet.
Completed a survey on some wipes I was sent to trial today, surprised to learn they were for normal-combi skin as they didn't seem astringent. Will be high-tailing it down to A!di to get the eye cream tomorrow. I think it's Mirror voucher day too.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
Sliding in under the wire with a couple more
36. Elizabeth Grant Vitamin C 120 ml. It foams and leaves the face clean. Got another somewhere in a box. Won't rush to get it due to shipping charges being high and honestly you can get just as good at the drug store.
37. Hesperides Grapefruit Fresh eau de parfum 30ml. I really like it and have a rollerball tube in the cabinet. I'll buy it again because it's light enough to wear at work without people complaining and I love citrus smells.
In a Benefit lip balm. It's nice and I got 2000 bonus points when I bought it. I'm hanging my head in shame with it because I really didn't need it but the points come in handy for my Christmas shop.

Soap and Glory thick and fast mascara

Still a couple more days in the month, but since I am working on them, I think I may end up going an entire month without buying any toiletries!GC: £40 a week. Sticking to my budget, but never remembering to post in the relevant thread.
Probably buying toiletries that I don't need, as I can't resist a "bargain."
