The stay fresh bags have made a big difference to our salad veg (tomatoes, peppers etc). And for fruit too. Seem to make it last ages whereas it used to go mouldy :o

Also love our two tier draining rack for the washing up - means you can fit more on the draining board and use the dishwasher a little less ;)

(even better, these were bought as presents for us :D )
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?

How do you cut the bottom bit?
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

I've given up trying to cut the end of a loaf. When it's down to the last 3 inches, I put it cut side down on the board and cut slices that way instead -2 pieces make a whole piece for toast IYSWIM

It wasn't that bit I meant...If you use the adjust a slice I could only cut half a slice before the metal piece touched the bread board

  • For me its the Burger Maker and Sushi Mould thingie - Both get very regular use and the grandkid loves the ikkle sushettes with all kinds of filling in them (Shouts about it when I use too much Wasabi though :D)

    best -

the 'magic carpet' reusable baking liner - use it for so many things it is sooo fab, saves on oil and stops everthing sticking

those green stay fresh longer bags that really do work

worst - the 'spudnik' a dreadful masher that didn't seem to mash at all! gave it to a charity shop after no one wanted it on freecycle...
