Has anyone tried the banana bag? Is it any good? How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard - Winnie the Pooh0

I've got the banana bag:j It's brilliant, I've kept bananas for 2 weeks.
I buy big bunches slightly under ripe and leave a couple in the fruit bowl and put the rest in the banana bag. They don't go black at all and it keeps them really well.
Definitely recommended:T0 -
Lakeland used to have a gadget, like 2 circle shapes which were joined, for pairing socks, they were green, blue, yellow and red. Does anyne know if these have been discontinued or what you call the gadget as I can not see it on their website? Do they offer anything similar?0

When I was in Lakeland a couple of weeks ago I asked for them. The shop assistant remembers them, she said they were called sockies. They do not have them in stock at the moment but she did say they might have them in later in the year0

Maybe it's just me but I have been very disappointed with the green stay fresh bags. As a test I sealed some carrots in the bag and put some just in the fridge drawer. 5 or 6 days later the ones sitting in the drawer were a bit soft, but still perfectly useable, but those in the bag were all mushy and almost liquidy in places and totally unusable I had to put them in the compost.
I have just taken some grapes out for a snack (also in one of these bags) and there is mould growing in the bottom, and they were only bought on Sunday and no sign of mould yesterday.
Maybe it is because there is no air flow in the bags? I don't know but it is really annoying. I got them in the hope I could use up more of my fruit and veg and instead I am throwing more away.
Any ideas folks on where I am going wrong?

I have read about klippits on this thread but I was wondering which size are best? Should I get a mixed bag, jumbo ones or ordinary ones?0

I don't tend to seal the bags up at all. Just put the veg in and loosley fold the top over to get it to fit in the drawer. Never had a problem except for with a courgette that I left in for 3 weeks forgetting about it0 -
i not had much luck with the green bag's either. i've tried tieing them up, using clips, folding the tops over. all the stuff in them so soft and squidgy0
