AM cheese is my vice, so try to ration it.
My nephew 13 got his school prize for french, his mum is fluent, and I enjoy my o level reflections of the language. How come you mentioned an art project too?

today I had 2 small toasts, went to docs and shops and by 4, when I got out the car to go in a shop I had a dizzy spell. Possibly needing fluids as had nothing since 9 am.
    I struggle with drinking enough.

I looked at fudge then thought I wont put pure sugar in me that way!

I think drinking a lot of water really is the key, I try but still don't drink enough. Must try the drinking when hungry thing.

Have increased the protein in my salad and feel a little fuller now.

Walked dogs as usual then cycled to work and back will try for an exercise dvd tomorrow morning.

aggy - I mentioned Monet and Impressionism. The A2 pupils study 2 cultural topics, and one of the ones we do is that. I thoroughly enjoy teaching it, even though my personal art skills are awful even my stick men don't look like sticks!

So, got another NSD, over 10k steps, over 10 veg and a workout. Go me!

    Morning all.

I fell back in love with yoga and now can't understand why I stopped all those years ago, decided im getting very crispy in my old age judging by the snap, crackle& pop noises my body can make but im not as inflexible as I think I am.

The cauliflower crust is a total success, if you haven't tried it you really need to especially those that are gluten free :)

Circuit training tonight, it will be in the sweat box as it already look's like heavy rain is on it's way.

Have a great day everyone :)

    Morning everyone

Had a rubbish nights sleep. Have got a meeting at work this morning and didnt get much time to prepare for it yesterday so I think that was preying on my mind.

Soo - I finish work at 1pm and the plan is to take my running stuff with me, get changed at work and go for a run before I come home. There is a really nice route I used to do around the town where I work. I am struggling a bit with motivation at the moment but I thought if I could get into the habit of doing this once a week it would be a start.

I also spoke to the teacher of a kettlercise class yesterday and she seems really nice. I have never done kettlercise before but it would be good for toning which I need.

Oh and I live near the east coast so we are missing a lot of the Grand Depart action - not sure whether thats a good thing or not!

Ah, I'm a long way from the coast. The Tour is causing a lot of disruption but it's only going to happen once and everyone seems on board and really excited. Leeds is very difficult to get around though, my DH works there and it is chaos will all the huge team buses, hoards of foreign reporters and lost foreigners, driving around Leeds is horrid at the best of time, hugely busy and with a one way system that makes you lose the will to live.

Today is my rest day but I will still be very active just no strenuous activity. I have been weighed this morning and have lost another 3lb, I am very happy. Today is one of my two treat days, mmm what to have.

30 Day Shred, then dog walk then cycle to work (I did have breakfast in there as well!). My banana got mashed up in my bag so is inedible. Will be hungry later but kept my head down eating my salad when the sandwich man came round (he does lovely cakes). Will cycle to post office on way home then walk the dogs.

Feeling a bit down tonight. Had an awful run today, legs felt like concrete and I had no energy whatsoever! I struggled on but ended up walking a lot of it. I mean I know I havent run for about 3 months but I didnt expect it to be that bad!!

Half of me just feels like never going running again and the other half is determined to do better next time. I know the sensible thing is to keep at it but I didnt enjoy it at all.

Don't give up Yorkshirelass, everyone has bad days, just take small steps each day (you know what I mean).
