2.5 LB off for me this week :j so thats the weight off from Spain, DH has maintained this week, which is actually quite good since his injectable was also an appetite suppressor the exercise seems to be controlling his appetite.

Headed out for a stroll this evening, with circuit training tomorrow, I've also decided to stop the kettlebell on Wednesday for the time being, it's creating to much inflammation in me so DS1 is going with Dad on the Wednesday and im heading to gym&swim with DS2 instead now the lads have joined the gym alongside us and with the lighter evenings im determined to something everyday even if it's just an hours walk in the evenings.

    Mon SW and walk
    Tues Circuit training
    Wed Gym&swim
    Thurs Yoga
    Fri Circuit training
    Sat Walk & swim
    Sun Spin & swim

That the plan for the foreseeable makes it 65p every time I use the club, cheaper than a coffee :D

Ooph! Managed a full day at work and have realised that I NEED TO EAT PROPERLY ! ! Now, this is not new information for me, or something I have struggled with. But since last wed's shenanigans, I've just been off food. No more! From tomorrow, I eat properly and start the Jiggle free July challenge.

So I know I'm feeling tons better, as even at lunchtime today, I wasn't able to face Jiggle free, even with its gentle start. A 'proper' workout will still be too much for a few days, so I hope/plan to do plenty of walking tomorrow.

Well done on weight loss guys :T.

Still no weight loss. No gain either but...

Hubby weighed himself this morning, He's put on 6lbs during the World Cup - it's all that sitting on his bum and alcohol - so is determined (again!) he's going to make an effort.

On holiday next week which should hopefully mean being a lot more active during the day. Taking some home made ready meals with us but we will eat out too. If I come back weighing the same as when I go, I'll be a happy bunny!

Well done tori on the weight loss.

I cycled last night and added a bit to our usual route which involved a bumpy farm track (and fighting off their Jack Russells with a stick which I picked up beforehand knowing they would be out - they bite) and a very steep hill.

This morning I have run for 25 minutes and skipped and I will walk the dog after lunch.

    Thanks Dolly

Can we chat about food please, whats everyones store cupboard must have's?

Scarily my tin cupboard is all but empty I have in some tin bean salads and pulses (have loads dried) and and a few can's of fruit, wholewheat pasta and about 30 tins of chopped tomatoes and thats about it. other then I need a bigger cupboard for the herbs/spices and condiments we have everything is fresh and im pretty Bug*ered if my freezer goes bang. it's actually leaves me pretty uncomfortable not having a overflowing store cupboard for the first time in my life.

it's handy to have grab and go store cupboard meals whats your favourites?

My essentials are pasta, cous cous, noodles, tinned tomatoes, baked beans, kidney beans, herbs and spices, 3 types of flour, yeast, coffee and teabags.

I have made 5 bread rolls and a small loaf this afternoon and a vat of chilli. The bread rolls are for the kids lunchboxes and the loaf is in the freezer. We had chilli for tea (haystacks) and me and DH are having it with wedges tomorrow too.

    Night all, quick check in

Woke up at 5.30 so used the extra time to go for a run :) Ran round at work like a headless chicken but didn't have pedometer on due to wearing a dress. Then got a new puppy and worked some more, so very glad I exercised early :)

Food really bad but little snacking due to busy day.

I must have soup, tinned tomatoes and pasta, I'm pretty good at not over stocking these days which means I can at least find what I want to eat in the cupboard.
