My current goal and work in progress is to drink my 8 glasses of water a day (minimum).
    I really struggle...
So I've bought a litre water bottle and I fill when I leave work, it's a 25 min drive and I make myself drink it.
I drink 500'm (different size / style) at the gym / class and then refill when I leave.
When I go places in the car (live in a village), I put a water bottle with me, so it's available.

    HDK - very well done.

Today is my weigh in day, unfortunately it is the week where I feel like a bloated whale but I have still lost 2lb so am very pleased. I have hit the 3 stone mark now since starting mid January.

Today is my rest day and one of my two treat days. I will still walk the dog and the school run but that will be it.

B/F - mini weetabix, soya milk, bread roll with flora and marmalade, coffee.

Lunch - small sandwich, fruit & yoghurt.

Tea - h/m pepperoni pizza and chicken & mushroom pizza (pieces of not whole pizzas).

Snacks - fruit, squash, small bag of crisps, cadburys creme egg.

    Have a lovely day all.

I do like a gentle swim but half the battle is getting there, not yet got confidence or concentration to drive myself yet.
Yes, same here, its the nodes removal that causes damage.

I have not bought any more crisps, Kettle being irresistible, ! And so far no chocolate cravings and I am seeing gradual loss, one dayat a time.
B and M had hobnob chocchip reduced to 10p..got 3 pckts for DH, but I had 2, 55 cals each so not toobad.

Well done dolly, 2lbs is great.

I was wide awake this morning so walked the dogs before work (5500 steps before 7am :) ). Thought it was going to be too hot to walk them this evening but is ok so will probably do it again, as long as the rain holds off.

No great dieting or exercising happening here this week. I am pretty well and truly off the wagon, although still keep to some good habits like not having carbs with dinner etc.

Got 2 classes booked this weekend and hoping neither get cancelled.

I love sausages, and just meat in general, I am very carnivorous!
