 tomorrow's class got cancelled
Had hoped to do bodycombat on sat and bodypump on sun. Looks like I'll do bodypump on sat (nice instructor) and a gym workout on sun.
Over 20500 steps todayReally pleased as didn't do my Friday night run due to the muggy weather and wanting to give the boys (dogs) some time in the garden after work.
Food has been pretty bad, few fruit and veg and lots of carbs and saturated fat. Will do better tomorrow.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Thanks for the congratulations guys. Just another 3 stone to go by the end of the year .
Fmess- it must be really annoying that your classes keep getting cancelled.
Really enjoyed my rest day yesterday although it does feel weird not getting a sweat on. Today will involve cycling at some point in the afternoon.
Todays menu
B/F h/m porridge with soya milk, 2 dessert spoons of trail mix.
Lunch - onion bagel (not sure what will be in it), fruit and yoghurt.
Tea - small chicken burger (packet one in breadcrumbs), english muffin, salad and wedges.
Supper - small portion of curry and rice (very small) and sides.
Today is the second of my treat days hence a few naughty bits, normal service resumes tomorrow.
Have a lovely day folks.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Your menu is making me hungry dolly :rotfl:
Just got back from the gym. Did a different class and at the end they said my usual class was back on! Did do both as would have involved an hour wait and I have a date with housework today.
Not done many steps yet as my class was a weights based one so need to walk the dogs, vacuum and mow the lawn to get the counter going.
Hope it's brighter where you are, it's light but dense cloud hereLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

2 crackers eith cottage cheese
half portion spsg bol ready meal as its no cooking night for a change.
something else still to com before bedtime
Last night, wee small hours saw me going for 4 biscuits!
Quite active in the garden today and up and down stairs a lot between sewing machine and cutting table.0 -
I love reality weight loss shows, particularly Biggest Loser. They make me really inspired and motivated, although I have been known to eat during them!
Today has been fairly good;
Breakfast - toast and spread
Snack - banana
Lunch - cheese and onion sandwich then strawberries
Dinner - burger with ratatouille
Naughty pudding - 2 pancakes with sugar
I have had lots of fruit and veg - banana, strawberries, onion, mushrooms, pepper, courgette, tomatoes
I have also achieved over 14000 steps and did a weights class at the gymI spent the whole day cleaning, tidying and doing garden work, and walked the dogs. I already ache all over and feel shattered, so I must have worked hard.

The scales and I have become more friendly since I started my 14 day eating plan... I hope tomorrow to be able to report a reduction...
We're supposed to be having a church picnic today but it looks pretty drizzly so it may end up indoors! I do sometimes get a little fed up with constantly packing up lunch bags for me and dd. But we have no choice, both being coeliac - we cannot 'just pop and buy something'. I guess it keeps me eating right, and ensures she doesn't eat anything that's been cross-contaminated. So it's worth it!
I hope to get a workout in before we go... Will report back later. Hope you have a lovely sunday.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
Morning
The scales are not my friend but it's my own fault for eating carp, so I'm not surprised, more annoyed with myself.
I started the 30 day ab challenge yesterday and going to start the squat one today. Also going to visit the gym and do some cardio then walk the dogs later.
I've been mulling over a quote I think I saw on here yesterday, something along the lines of "a goal without a plan is just a wish" (can't find it now as I'm on my phone). I'm thinking maybe my issue at the moment is lack of planning plus I keep having bad days and think "it's only one day" when really it ends up being several a week. So I'm going to make myself an eating and exercise plan everday and do a rewards chart with stickers to check my progress.
So each day I must;
Eat less than 1300 calories
Walk more than 11000 steps
Do the ab challenge
Do the squat challenge
And I will record the official exercise sessions too, although these may be less frequent whilst I complete my exam marking.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

aggypanthus - I sometimes watch that show and there is a new one called Fat the Fight of my Life (I think) really though I only watch them to marvel over how gorgeous Jessie Pavelka is.
Completed an 8 mile bike ride yesterday which involved 3 horrible hills one being over 2 miles long, the first time I did this route I stopped for a short rest twice but yesterday I did the whole thing without a rest and in 35 minutes.
Today I will be going for a run and I am doing a new route, it is one of my dog walking routes and takes me about 45 minutes to walk, I won't be able to run the whole thing but will do my best.
Not sure what I will be eating today, not organised yet, have had breakfast though which was h/m porridge with 1/2 water 1/2 soya milk, sliced strawberries and trail mix - it was lovely and I won't need anything else until lunch.
Have a lovely Sunday.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
