It's my signature fmess, also saw it on a bus the other week but I've had it ages as it sums up how I like to do things, very clear goals and plan of action. Could be described as slightly ocd! My husband would say it's because I'm a control freak.

Hi there! room for another one?
I'm currently 5'10" and 12st 5lb....I know I shouldn't weigh myself but I had a weak moment!
I have a dodgy back which is recovering at the moment so I'm just getting back into exercise again and loving it!
I walk the dogs about 1 1/2 hrs each day, do exercise DVD's (mainly Davina at the moment to get my back moving again, they're ones I used to do over a year ago before my back started playing up). Also have started cycling to work (about 15 / 20 mins).
I just want to tone up again, losing the saddle bags would be an added bonus though!
Had a back weekend due to work do's and going away but am back on it now!0 -
Hello getcarter! Always room for another one, especially with the amount of weight some are shifting here! You seem pretty active alredy - hope your back settles down for you.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

Thanks apple muncher.
I'm gradually working out what my back likes, apparently it likes exercise and moving. If I walk the dogs straight after getting up it aches but a bit of exercise/stretching first it's OK.
Got a stretch class tomorrow morning (day off) which I love!0 -
Welcome getcarter, you're more than welcome to join in
Started my sticker chart today and have to say it is motivating me! Wondered if the joy of sticker charts was restricted to kids but I'm pleased with earning my stickers today. Achieved 4/5 stickers as Father's Day tea was turned into Father's Day takeaway. Although I was good the rest of the day, food wise.
Managed over 13000 steps, the ab and squat challenges and a Zumba class, which was hilarious.
I'm knackered now and have a horrible headache due to the close weathernight all

Welcome getcarter and siberianski. What is ninjitsu?
I went for my first longer run yesterday and I am still on a bit of a high. When I walk this route it takes 45 minutes and I ran it in 26 minutes, I stopped to walk for a couple of minutes during it. I will do it again later in the week but doubt it will go so well as I will be more tired then.
Today I will walk the dog for 45-60 minutes (depending on route), go to the gym and cycle in the evening too hopefully.
