Feeling really chuffed, I've done 20000 steps so far today. Took two of the dogs out separately for long walks and combined it with seeing my friend. Also did the lawn, not sure if it's going to rain in a bit so thought I'd rush to get it done. Got two short dog walks left to do but I'm currently eyeing up the grey clouds and debating whether to get the washing in before I go.

May still swim later but depends on how much house work and school work I do.

Food so far isn't healthy but not too calorific, 4 slices ôf bread with butter (2 for breakfast, 2 for lunch). I got given a gorgeous crusty gf loaf yesterday and it is to die for. Better go eat some fruit!

Dolly, my tummy is my worst area, but has been shrinking, does feel baggy but it still contains fat, I'm still of the opinion another stone will make all the difference, I have really upped strength and abs exercises as feeling everywhere is getting slowed toned. Really pleased with my thighs ...At the beginning I was really worried I'd have saggy skin but that feels less likely now. I have made it my months goal to drink 8glasses of water a day as that's supposed to make a difference (as correctly hydrated).

Gym this morning and ran at best pace to date for 15 minutes. Very pleased.

So, goals for the coming week:
    - 10 veg per day
    - 10k steps per day
    - no sugar
    - 3 sweaty exercise sessions

And for every one of these I achieve, including NSD, I'll put £1 into my pot. Not much different from last week, but I found it pretty effective as I achieved at least 2 each day. :T

    evening all

apple muncher what are you doing with all the money you are saving? (sorry if I missed it and you already said it)

congratulations on your best pace HDK

Today has been a good day. I have done over 26000 steps and I ache all over, I'm not sure if that's because of the bodypump class yesterday or all the walking today. Food has been mainly bread (breakfast, lunch and tea) with fruit and salad and some cheese. Also just had two gf custard creams, which are very moreish. My app reckons this equates to 1500 calories and my walking adds up to over 400 calories, which I'm quite happy with.

Tomorrow, will be just dog walking so may try do some longer routes.

I'm starting to worry about the extra work I've taken on. It'll mean working every evening and weekend for a couple of weeks so I think the exercise is going to dramatically decrease and I'm worried I'll eat more too, as may be quite stressful (by the way I am a constant worrier)

Hope you've all had a good day, I've got burnt, whoops!

Fmess, I've not got a fixed plan for the money yet. I could do with a couple more sports bras, or running shoes. Or a 12k kettlebell. Who knows! Any ideas are very welcome.

I've just come to the end of my exam marking for the board. It was gcse mfl orals and I had to annotate every utterance. I made a decision not to eat whilst working. And after the first day, when I knocked a full glass of water (my dsd calls it a 'vase' as it holds 600+ ml!) over the board's paperwork, I even kept that well away! Maybe get yourself a list of 'acceptable' snacks. Or allow yourself to eat after a certain amount of time/ number of papers.

All fitness and trimness plans went out of the window today as I came home from church with a cracking headache which rendered me pretty inactive and incapable! Thank heavens for painkillers and black coffee!

A fitness equipment fund sounds a great idea apple muncher.

I think you are right about not eating whilst marking, I'm sure I could much through stacks of snacks if they were to hand. Mine are all online so I definitely need to keep drinks away from my PC or that could be disastrous! Hope your marking was ok after it's watering.

Hope you're feeling better after your headache. Do you usually suffer from them?

Well done HDK on both your achievements.

applemuncher - I think the weather must be causing the headaches, loads of people seem to be getting them at the moment. Funnily enough I have suffered with migraines since I was 5 but not very frequent now and I haven't had one recently. Obviously I will have one today now I've said that.

Today I will be dog walking for 45 minutes ish, then a cardio session in the gym for 1 hour then a bike ride in the evening the length of this will depend on whether it chucks it down like it does every other time I go out on it.
