Dd has informed me that tomorrow is 'daddy time' so HE will be taking her to tap and ballet. :j. So I plan to do a hefty workout and dye my hair. Am back to looking haggard, not a look I can carry off very well....

Just £3 to the pot today after yesterday's fiver. Still, it's all adding up and should be a good amount by the 30th. :D

    Morning all :)

Hoping for a good diet and exercise day. Got a gym class in a mo and then if the weather is ok, I'll walk the boys this afternoon. Might need to get my steps in at the supermarket if dog walking gets rained off.

    Breakfast was toast
Lunch is being provided by my mum :)
Dinner is supposed to be at a BBQ but that may be weather permitting.

Hope you all have a good day today, tomorrow is weigh in day and I know I'll have gone up after all the poor eating this week, grrr

    Morning all,

Im feeling a lot better today, didn't manage circuit yesterday but opted for a 30min walk in the gym and a light upper body workout on some of the weight machines last night, it wiped me out which was pathetic at best.

Congrats Sharon and Dolly on your weightloss, Fmess keep on trucking we are all in a better position today than this time last year :) Thank you for the idea I have tried coconut oil but couldn't cope with the herxheimer reaction and bailed on it, my diet is so much cleaner nowadays so may be worth re-visiting.

Sounds like a plan Apple muncher, Im booked at the hairdresser on Wednesday I did plan to embrace my silver fox for the umpteenth time but feel to young (most days) to look this old :o

Plan for today is a massive housework catch-up, followed by the ever so boring food shop. I have spinning tomorrow I can adjust the resistance to how I feel, im determined to get Tuesday circuit class in before im off to Barcelona next Friday.

    Have a great day everyone

    Thanks for the congratulations guys.

I have already been out on the bike, tried to get it in before it rained but it started as soon as I got out of the gate so did a shorter route than planned but better than nothing.

Well done everyone for keeping going.

Ooph - ZWOW 14 completed. Twas supposed to be 5x, but I stopped at 4 as I was slowing down dramatically!

    So, 10 of each:
    - push press (shoulder press with 5k dumbells)
    - thruster (squat + press with 5k dumbells)
    - reverse lunge with bicep curl (5k again)
    - preacher curl in squat position (5k)
    - jump lunge (no weight as protecting calf)
    - broadjump burpee (usual burpee with 180 turn and long jump)

Then I did 8 mins running on the spot, ish.

Then I tried not to collapse in a sweaty heap!

However, hair is dyed and I am clean. Next stop lunch.

Well done on all the exercise people :)

apple muncher i love the names of all your moves! I did bodypump today and imagine I might have done some of them, but don't know their names.

I didn't get to 11000 steps today but not surprised as didn't get the dogs walked :(

Tomorrow will be a session at the gym, definitely including a swim and some jacuzzi time, dog walking and hopefully lawn mowing.

Still struggling with the food, my head is just not in the right place at the moment and it's frustrating me, but hey ho, tomorrow is another day.

I had virtually identical dinner Fmess, did burgers for Dave and kids, and I had a burger (no cob and singular) but with a huge salad. Feels like a good compromise as everyone happy. Just watched BGT with girls with a fruit platter (strawberries, mango, pineapple) which they love and is far better than crisps which we would have had in past.

Had major NSV today (non scale victory) when bought some new clothes, all size 12 bottoms (was20) and size 10 tops (was18). Cant believe the difference in such a short time (NY) Feeling awesome.

Spinning this morning, will gym tomorrow.

HDK that is an amazing change in dress size! Congratulations! That's so inspirational and really motivating :)

I ache all over from bodypump yesterday so planning on having a swim at the gym and then walking to see a friend later and dog walking too. If it stays dry I'll also do the lawns.

Fingers crossed the rain stays away today. Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

Wow - well done. You deserve it. I am on a similar journey and know how much time and dedication it takes. Can I ask you a personal question? Do you have any bits of your body that have been left loose and baggy - I'm thinking particularly the stomach? I was starting to get that weird stomach which starts to head downwards rather than outwards, it is going down beautifully but I am worried that losing weight will leave a baggy bit which won't shift.

Yesterday I went to a BBQ and ate way more than I have in months and felt pretty rubbish when I got home. I didn't drink alcohol, just a coke.

Back on the straight and narrow today, with a lovely bowl of porridge and peaches. Just to check the damage I got on the scales this morning and there was no change - phew. I need to work hard again this week for another loss, I need to do as well as possible up until the 6 week holidays as I won't be able to do as much exercise then.

    Today's menu

B/F - HM porridge, soya milk and sliced peaches
Lunch - w/m pitta bread, salad, yoghurt and fruit.
Tea - Lamb, potatoes and vegetables.

    snacks -fruit and squash only.

I am looking forward to the lamb for tea, it was originally £6.62 for 4 pieces  and it was YS to £1.99 - it's British too.

    Have a good day everyone.
