    Morning all,

Feeling heavy and bloated today :(

Also had a wardrobe malfunction this morning as wore a slim fitting dress and then realised there was nowhere to attach my pedometer. With loser dresses I would usually wear it under my dress but I can't get away with it today. I'll wear it when I get home tonight though for dog walking and my body combat class :)

Breakfast was toast and a yoghurt
Snack will be a pack of crisps/yoghurt
Lunch is salad and veg with two carrot and courgette fritters
Dinner will be left over mince from last night and veg

    Have a good day

Thank you for the warm welcome.

I haven't managed much exercise today, unless you count polishing my dad's car. Just waiting for my skipping rope to arrive that I have ordered.

    Breakfast- porridge
    Dinner- porridge, apple
Tea- chicken chow mein with loads of veg.

I have a skipping rope too and love it, I use it in the driveway after I have been running and do 200 skips really fast, short rest, 100 more, then 20 knee ups and 20 regular skips for another 100, 200 fast again, short rest, then 200 heel and toe skips.

Evening all, back to work and my new fitness regime ,only to arrive for Body Pump 1hr early!!!! Felt a bit of a wally but some ladies convinced me to stay and try Body Combat instead, which in my mind sounded very scary indeed but I stayed, thoroughly enjoyed it and managed to keep up(always a worry) so I shall be doing that again.

Struggling to drink more water, but getting in lots of fruit and salad.
Think I'll keep a weekly inch loss diary as I did measure my body last week, will post tomorrow to see if there are any changes.

    Onwards and upwards everyone

Well done for staying for the combat class. My gym does the Les Mills classes but they are all in the evening I think and I have an off peak membership so can't go, I can upgrade but it will be £9 a month more and I like going during the day as it is so quiet.

Well done tori - you get to go for free now which makes it even better.

Fmess - I hate those bloated days, it's not fair.

I have done an 8 mile bike ride this morning and a 6 mile one last night. I am about to take the dog out for 45 minutes and that will be it for today due to work - boo.

B/F oatso simple porridge, soya milk
after bike ride, soreen toasty, clover, coffee

Lunch - WW chicken hotpot, slice of bread and clover, fruit and yoghurt.

Tea - HM chilli, rice and slice of garlic bread.

I plan to put the money away each week Dolly as we are going back to the US when the lad finishes uni in 2016, so I will need a bit extra shopping money, another incentive to keep my weight down :)

circuit was a killer, weather has turned it so heavy and with 8 of us working out the room got so hot it was uncomfortable despite the aircon.

    Food been pretty bad.
Bfast seeded toast x2 and tea
Lunch jacket spud & beans (no butter)
Tea seeded toast x2 and Birthday cake ( just to be polite of course ;)) really not hungry just need a good thunder storm to clear the air.

Hmmm. Will Power was not with me today!

But I've done 11k steps and 8 veg + 2 fruit, although that doesn't fulfil the requirement for £1. I've also done a sweaty workout - rather modified as my calf is still being pesky - but still a good'un.

Lunch is prepared for tomorrow - 6-veg soup, savoury bites + salsa, carrot + hummous. So potentially a hit of 13 veggies! I don't know why I say 'potentially' as I rarely fail to consume every morsel I take in!

[irchy does your gym do the Les Mills classes for body combat etc? Body combat is my favourite, I'm going tomorrow
    ]

Fmess- There are Les Mills posters all around the gym so I'm guessing it is.
I did quite an intense LBT tonight and a 40 minute dog walk and have swapped tomorrow FitSteps with Body Combat (as I'm doing Zumba and Pilates on Thursday).

As I said yesterday, here are the results of a weeks worth of exercising, a loss is in bold
    Weight - I have lost a whole.......3/4 of a pound !!!:(
    Arms - 1/8 inch
    Boobs - same
    Waist - same
Fullest part of belly- 1/2 inch
    Thighs - 1/8 inch
Fullest part around thighs- 1/4 inch
    Hips - 1/4 inch

Have drunk about a litre of water (still not enough), eaten 3 pieces of fruit, had salad for lunch and gammon, eggs and a few chips for dinner :o (hence that's why I don't lose a lot of weight).

    until tomorrow
    Jo x:A

Sorry to hear your calf is still playing up apple muncher

Food was fine until I got to the bewitching hour (when OH gets the munchies) and I ate way too much Ben & Jerry's.

Think I had 4 fruit and veg today and did over 12500 steps between 4pm and 10pm :) but that did include an exercise class and dog walking :)

Quite surprisingly my app says that even after eating all that ice cream, I'm only 246 calories over what I should have on a diet and would still lose half a pound a week if I ate and exercised like this everyday!

Tomorrow is my no strenuous exercise day, I have two a week, Monday due to other commitments and one other to make sure OH isn't feeling too much like he's always home alone.

    Night all

Ps realised today why I haven't been losing weight, I have muscles and a bum! I've always had a quite flat (for want of a better word) bottom but it is now round, must be all the squats at body combat!

    morning all.

That's the figure you want to be working for, not a number on the scales Fmess :D

Im finding im having to have an earlier start each day to fit all the exercises in, still very stiff in the mornings but I recover faster the fitter I get, and it's fine as long as im moving.

Im going to have a good day foodwise i've decided.

    Bfast Greek yogurt& berrys
Lunch rainbow salad ( mixed salad, peppers, beetroot, sweetcorn& cucumber) Fat free red pepper& herb dressing & fruit
Tea whole wheat veggie lasagne Maybe with a side of SP wedges dependant how hungry im after kettlebell. kids can have actifry frozen chips with theirs

Im also going to make up a small batch of apple munchers pancakes to see how they go down with the tribe.

    Have a great day everyone.

tori, you may wish to add some honey to the pancake mix to make it more palatable to the less dedicated!

Childcare has fallen through so may be doing a headless chicken impression today! Am waiting on a reply from a friend, and failing that, dd will have to go to bfast club (without the breakfast!)
