applemuncher - it probably is straightforward it's just that I like to eat anything I fancy at any time of the day:D

Have been for a run and done my skipping, the run was hard due to it being windy and me being shattered from all the other stuff I've done this week. I'm glad tomorrow is my rest day.

    afternoon all.

Not been a good couple of days for me my morning stiffness turned into full on inflammation, I hate my body it sucks and I need another one ( preferable 4 inches taller and less grey for starters) it's my own fault my brain thinks it's in it's 20's and invincible but the body knows it's having a laugh.

Shall up my omega 3's this week im still eating well but think maybe i've been to low fat at times and should add back in extra virgin olive oil/ udo's oil as it's something I ditched to drop the cals.

Will catch up better after i've had a snooze...im such an old woman

    Evening all,

Hope you are feeling better tori

It sounds good to me apple muncher and I don't do caffeine so that'd be ok.

    Positive first - I've done over 13900 steps :)

However, I skipped my exercise class because feel lethargic as I grazed on chocolate at work all day and had a large lunch, and then I had kebab for dinner.

Thought I'd realised yesterday that eating carp made me feel rubbish! Need some healthy eating type light bulb moment!

Zumba and lbt tonight. Very sweaty. No gym tomorrow as working long day.

Have sat and ate velvet crisps, bought from ff and 83 calories, not dissimilar to snack Jack's. Also some diet coke. Today had left over chicken stew for dinner and a big chicken salad for tea.

So it's been a good 2 weeks, aside from my injured knee (too much dancing, jumping when I was out clubbing). But I've been doing lots of exercise, little bits nearly every day. And tonight I had a personal training session and I'm now 71.4 kilos, which means that's the least I've weighed since I started going to the gym constantly! :D

I have also gained some muscle and lost fat percentage too. I still need to lose a lot of fat though!

    Morning all.

Weigh in today and I have lots 4lb, I am thrilled. I worked hard for every ounce of that.

Today is my rest day although I still walk the school run and 1 hour dog walking. Today I met someone at school who hasn't seen me for a while and she couldn't believe how different I look and she said I look much taller - I am just a shade under 5'10" but when you are no longer 5' wide I suppose you do look taller.

Today is one of my 2 treat days and I will be having some HM pizza this evening and maybe a bit of chocolate, I find this works better for me than having something everyday plus I enjoy those treats but don't miss them the rest of the time.

dolly that is fantastic! Well done, it's very deserved! And very inspirational.

Today, I have ate cake and chocolate :( but have 2 portions of fruit and veg so far. I've ran 3 miles and done 12,000 steps so far, before walking the dogs :)

I'm planning on spending the evening making a meal plan and shopping list and rereading The Skinny Rules for motivation.

tori, hope you feel better. Does coconut oil do you any good?
Fmess, hope you find motivation! The gals at work doing Dukan have lost an amazing amount of weight.
    dolly :Twow! And well done!:T

sharon well done on gaining muscle!
HDK you still wear me out just reading about your activities, let alone doing them!

Am happy it is Friday! Am gonna save my treats for Sunday evening. So I now have that to motivate me - it's not denial, just postponement - and I know that on Mon I'll be back on track because I can only eat the food I take to work.

I've got in my veg today, but doubt I'll make the steps goal, have had no sugar either. I plan to do 1 if not 2 weekend workouts.

This went to pot after my holiday but I was out at the weekend and pictures have just been uploaded and I have to say I am cringing at myself.... admittedly partly because my hair was in pig tails (we did a fancy dress night) that don't suit but I can just see how much weight I have put on... you really don't realise how much bigger you've got till you see yourself in a full front picture...

Been so looking forward to them and the only one that's half decent has had some idiot put a nasty comment about me...meant in good humour but I don't really want to be sharing that photo on FB now!

Diet starts tomorrow (well of now but I have eaten a fair amount today so I can't count it..!)

Seriously need a confidence boost right now but that isn't going to happen.

I share your sentiment apple muncher, yay for Friday :)

kayalana don't be too hard on yourself. I always hate how I look in photos, even when I was thinner. I don't think the camera is ever flattering. It might sound little but if I want to feel better about my appearance, I paint my finger nails and toe nails and do my hair how I know it looks best. It gives me a bit more spring in my step.

I have just had dinner, beef burgers with salad and veg (no bread or chips etc). I have taken the pedometer off and it read 18257 :) I have done 40 minutes dog walking and a 35 minute run :) Feeling quite pleased that the day ended better than it started.

Hoping the forecast of rain tomorrow is wrong and we get another day of lovely sunshine ;)
