I thought it strange not to at least get some form of acknowledgement of my letter, I'll send Steve another letter :)

How did you get on with this? I've just had a pcn from these on my windscreen on a car park near the Parr Hall in Warrington, I had a paid ticket on my dash but the ticket says I had no ticket!

I will follow what you have done

gig goer hasn't been reading the forum since his last post on 30/7. You might like to send him a PM which may have a better chance of a reply.

By all means use this thread as a guide to dealing with ANPR Ltd, and following it as it evolves, but you should also read the NEWBIES sticky (top of the forum index, one page back from here) as this will give you a context and a deeper understanding of all things private parking. The more you learn and understand this stuff, the better you will be able to deal with it.

If you want to raise any questions about your own case, would you mind please starting a new thread of your own where we can deal specifically with your parking event.

Hahahaha, congrats on getting a fake PCN from the joke firm of the forums! :D Try searching this forum for the keyword 'Trev' or 'ANPR-in-a-box' !

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying or updating.

I've just returned from a much needed holiday, what is usually a depressing moment when the holiday ends was brightened somewhat when I went through my post.

I had a letter from Mr N Martin APOLOGISING ! for the unfortunate ticketing incident and confirmation that the ticket has been cancelled and the charge removed.

So, A good result there for the forum and me and I thank you all for your help and advice. I'm sure it wouldn't have panned out like this if I'd have gone it alone.

There was also an acknowledgement of my complaint from the BPA too. My complaint against ANPR is I assume still being looked into by the Trading Standards. I have no idea if that has had any bearing on the appeal being accepted before getting to the POPLA stage. But as yet nothing else to report on that front.

nford5, follow the advice in the newbie thread and complain to BPA, DVLA and Trading Standards......hopefully a complaint to TS about this company and their operations in the car park will add substance to my complaint and they'll really go after them!

THANK YOU ALL for your assistance :)

Well done - ANPR Ltd would never have cancelled if it were not for the complaints. We know they must be on a sticky wicket with their BPA sanction points stacking up because we never see a thread where they have played fairly and we always tell people to lodge a complaint against Trev & co.

If the BPA are on their tail it could be ANPR Ltd-in-a-box soon. :rotfl:

    Lets hope so, despicable outfit.

I'm hoping the Trading Standards can prove some element of criminal activity and really hit them hard.

Seen a number of threads on PePiPoo lately where Trev has sent a PoPLA code without being asked! Gotta be on their last chance with BPA surely? The Red Cow Yard Gang's highest-profile recruit to date?
