not that i pinch stuff, i just pocket a few items for the journey home!
  • Glad you had a good holiday Red. I only shook me boobies to see how the tassles would move. If I'd have belly danced it would have shown on the richter scale.

Sophiesmum I'm glad you enjoy my waffling on.

Tifn I only purloined 2 jars of Tomato ketchup as I knew my lass would find them incredibly cute. They were in those teeny jam jars.

Going to bed now as am whacked xx

  • Ello!! Well my rabbit has fleas  . She is in a hutch all by herself and we have no other pets so where the hell did they come from?? Cost £22.50 at the vets for flea stuff  . I haven't stopped scratching since I found out :rotfl: . Back to work today but I had a right lazy day and achieved approximately zero output. A friend turned up unexpectedly tonight which was really nice but I am now shattered and heading for my bed. I will do meal plan in the morning and get any shopping in that I need. I am also going to finish papering my kitchen and look hard for some things for e-bay as i am absolutely skint. I hate being so broke straight after payday. It annoys me. Hey ho I'll just have to get on with it. x

    Hiya MOT & Gang,
Hope you are all having a nice weekend? Sounds like your course was fun MOT, wish I'd have been there too.

Has anybody had snow, we had a little bit today, but has vanished now, thank god, I don't fancy skidding on me bum bum.

Been listing loads on ebay too. Finally managed to root through my wardrobe and photograph all the clothes I've never worn, or outgrown. If they go to a good home, and I get a few pennies, then that will be nice too.
It was hard to do as I love some of the stuff, but with me having a wardrobe full of Size 12's up to Size 20, then some things have to go.
I am a size 18-20 now, and can never imagine me getting down to a Size 14, let alone a 12, so time to get rid me thinks.....

Hope everyone has some good sales too on ebay, best of luck
    xx

i'm itching now! can't stop scratching my heeeed!

might be something to do with hotel pilfered shampoo rather than thinking about fleas.
  • Evening all. Binnie I did that with the 3 bin bags of clothes I had lying about in the hope I would get into them and made a few bob in the process. I am soo lazy at the moment. I intended decorating today and after I did all the wee bits and pieces I had to go out and do I came home and fell asleep for 2 hours. Great!! Feel much more alive now.

Got my car tax today. Just bought the 6 months instead of the year  . There was just no way I could afford it this month. I also put the vinyl onto my credit card :o but again I am mega skint and it is being delivered on Friday. I had the choice to pay the vinyl cash ,or my mate the joiner so the joiner won.

There was a house for sale down the road from here but it is bigger than mine and I am starting to really need more space. It was really affordable but needs loads of work done. I went to see about it today but some git has already put an offer on it :-(. Never mind. What is for me will not go by me and all that. I cannot wait until the day when I get paid and I dont have to think about who is getting paid and how much. Still a wee bit in the future though.

I am getting so skint too. I have always done Avon, but now lost most of my customers as I left the old job where most of the customers were. I don't drive so it was hard to stay in touch.
I changed jobs, but someone does Avon there, so sometimes only put a little order in.

Also do Ebay and work full time. Work is stressing me out a bit as I work in a very busy designer wear discount store and the sales are on. Plus we are relocating in March so everything is in the clearance sale so it's manic.

By the time I get home on the 8pm finish shift,(I get home at 8.50) then ebay goes on the back burner.

Anyway decided to cut my hours down rather than give the job up altogether, so from March will be working 11am to 5.30pm, bliss eh?:j
But worried about my finances as I don't even earn enough now never mind when I cut the hours down.
I'm hoping that I can spend more time on ebay and doing surveys etc to create more income.

One day I might post my outgoings, but there really is nothing I can do as I can't make my loans disappear nor my credit cards.
I can't even transfer to a 0% balance card as I got declined last week for having too many cards. I have about 5. That was the first time in many years I got turned down and I panicked.
    xx
  • I used to have 6 cards. Now have 3 and a new look card (that always gets paid off). I have good rates on them all so will stay with them just now. I got a 0% offer in the other day from one and kind of wondering whether or not to transfer my 2 overdrafts onto it. Dunno what to do. Will ponder on it as I have a while to make up my mind.

  • Hello there. My lass went to a dance workshop today and it cost me £16.50  . Sha came home and said it was so boring they were all desperate to come home:mad: . I scraped that money together too. She then announces she needs ballet shoes and ribbons  . Why is it that when you are ultra skint you always have to buy unexpected things. Drives me bonkers tbh.
