  • I have just sat here and worked out my budget for next month and it does not make for good reading. In fact we can't eat lol. I think I am left with about £100 to do me all month for everything  . Oh well I better go see if I have stuff to ebay. I will also sit and do a meal plan for the month and just buy what is absolutely necessary. Thank goodness it's a short month. We have a big family party on the 9th and my brother's 40th is on the 6th. I already have my brother's pressie and just need to pay for the 2 birthday cakes. I would bake them but I just can't do fancy cakes. Still £22 to pay now.

My budget is including a full years car tax so I might just get 6 months at the minute. It also includes £180 balance for my flooring and £180 balance for the joiner. I have some of this money already so might not be as bad as I think. . Probably will be though.

I should really be moving my @ss and getting organised for going away but I am sitting here doing this and watching homes under the hammer. I just love that programme :o . DW is on and washing has already been hung up. Place is realtively tidy so I am defo going to spend an hour or so this afternoon putting stuff on e-bay and see if I can generate some cash.

  • Hi all!

The weekend went to pot shortly after! Never mind. My main worry is that we have been invited a wedding in July - but it's black tie. Which means a posh dress for me. I'm not a dress type person and am rather large so have a limited scope of where to shop. Obviously I will try and lose some weight but am really not happy........................

and my hairdresser cut too much off my hair and the diy highlights are very bright..............having a low self esteem day.

    Evening All!

Did not have the best start for the day, a burst water mains caused all the busses in my area to divert, had an idiot for a driver that did not read the diversion signs, caused me to be VERY late! Had a splitting headache all day, should have drank those tablets earlier, hehe, now sitting here all annoyed because my internet connection is wonky!

Think I need to go to bed and wake up feeling better tomorrow... oh and payday should come now, eager to pay off some debt, tired of looking at my spreadsheet with nothing happening on it!

Hope it's going much better with everyone else... :)
Smile more often, it's FREE :hello: Live on £4000 for a year stalker! :p

  • Cooee I'm home. Freezing freezing cold here. My poor feet are like blocks of ice.

The course was absolutely fantastic. I love all the debating etc that is involved in this type of thing. I now have an assignment to do  but I think it will be okay. They want you to pass these things and do everything they can to get you through. The forst night we were there I ended up realy really drunk. I hardly ever drink and ended up drinking at least a bottle and a half of wine :o . Can you imagine? Well here's the scene. In a pub in Glasgow. 11of us. Male and female mixed. Firstly this group of opera singers started to sing Happy Birthday to someone in there and it was all harmonised and beautiful but for some reason I decided that I would join in :rotfl: Ahem!! Then we were sitting and about 20 belly dancers came in in their full regalia. I just thought jeezo I really am p*ssed. But nope right enough there they were bangles a jangling, tassles a twirling and having lots of fun. We then had a big discussion on how anyone can make the tassles twirl so of course I just had to demonstrate. This was only the second time I had met these people :o . What a laugh though. We all got on fabulously well and laughed our socks off for 3 days. I cant wait until April for the next one :D . I managed to only spend £35 and had given my mum £30 for the kids and petrol etc for her. Not too bad.

Payday today :j . Still not under the £40k though. Will be very soon as car and secured loan stil to be paid. I have £25 cashback on its way andmoney from surveys so they will go straight off my SONY card. xx
