blooming eck, just read your posts from yesterday.
hope you're in a better mood today my love!
my OH always has a way of making me laugh if i'm grouchy - an attempt at tap dancing. you don't even need to see anyone doing it, just picture it in your head. it works especially well with bosses.
think top hat, high heels, fishnets and a cane. then the tap dance ends with a flourish as the drum goes "badoom ba bah!"
i think i need sectioning.0 -

Lol @ tif. I'm more worried about your OH. Am much better today. Back to normal smiley self. Not really like me to be so grumpy but ho hum.
I am annoyed at myself tonight though cos when I was doing my clicks I came across mecca bingo site and I just clicked through and got my free fiver and played it. It was only afterwards I noticed topcashback were doing £30 for itsilly mare that I am.
Looks like insurance company are going to pay the bulk of my claim so that is good news.
I will keep the bit I have in my account to pay my excess and I am also due my car tax this month so if there is any extra it can go towards that. Nearly bought a subway today but my pal found a fiver in her pocket she had forgot about so she paid for me. Delish
Done all my clicks. Not spent any mony other than £10 deposit for another bingo site so not too bad at all.5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Ok have been comping for an hour or so but I bet I wont win. I never do
.
Morrisons have soap powder on fabby offer this week. ARIEL powder normally about £9 down to £4 odds. I am sending my poor mum tomorrow for 4 boxes.
I watched Martin tonight. Was pretty good and I cant wait until tomorrow to call my mortgage company as I changed my mortgage from joint to single so I want to check what fees I paid. Hopefully will be due something back.
Spent £2.30 today so not too bad. I have only spent £2.50 since Sunday. It's amazing the difference it makes when you get organised. Must go make the sarnies for tomorrow . Until tomorrow x

Tired tonight. Been playing the wii
got my fitness age down to 75:j . You may be laughing at this but let me tell you it is an achievement. I am absolutely hopeless at these kinds of games. I have lowered it from 80 so will keep going until I get to 42 lol. Will probably be about 50 by then.
Dont know if any of you remember me talking about the mega !!!!! in my work but she is being so friendly and nice now I am scared  . We are getting on really well and I am waiting on the bubble bursting to be honest.
Am doing the lunch challenge and have been trying not to buy anything from the works canteen but a crowd of us are trying to lose weight in the work and we all got weighed in today so I had a last binge. Bought a roll and sausage with fried onions and a twirl . The young lad on the till only charged me 45p so bargain too lol. To be honest I didint notice until I got back to my desk and I have been overcharged so often in that place I have absolutely no guilt about it. DS wants to have a school lunch tomorrow as it is fish and chips so I will be a couple of quid tomorrow but still a mega difference. Fab !!
I am going out with my friends on Sunday afternoon and we have decided not to do lunch as we usually do but just to go for a nice cuppa somewhere. I am so glad it wasn't me that suggested it.
Had to pay for a prescription today £6.85  .
My niece watched my daughter today so I gave her a tenner. She said there was no need to pay anything but she only has a part time job so I really felt I should give her something. DD better be well enough for school next week. Between her and my mother I am about demented.
Has anyone got the codes for the sun that they wouldnt mind sharing with me? I never buy a paper ever as I dont have time to read them but I have done the SUN holiday thing before and would like to book a wee week in the summer for us.
Any way I hope you are all hale and hearty xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Hi Everyone :j , I'm on holiday for a few days off work, have to use them up before the end of Jan.
Hubbie works nights so was in bed all day yesterday, so I spent all afternoon entering every comp I could find. Bout time I won something, I'm always rubbish at the lottery so might as well try a free comp for a change.
Hope you win too MIT, makes you feel good doesn't it?
As for the Wii, we would love one, but can't afford it at the moment. I know what you mean about keeping up. The boxing is really hard and I felt I'd done 10 round with Mike Tyson after 10 minutes.
It's good for exercise though as you get in allsorts of positions.
Just seen on the internet that the company where my husband works are shedding over 2,300 jobs, so  , time to worry me thinks.
Funny how the bosses said there won't be any redudancies only last week, but it's all over Lancashire at the moment.0 -
Jeezo @ redundancies. I hope your hubby manages to hold onto his job.
I havent won a comp yet. Oh except for the bingo and GFK survey site prize so hmmm not done too badly
Had a nice wee night out with some friends tonight. Took the car so only spent £7. Picked the kids up on the way back and got them chips.
Both kids need a haircut tomorrow so that'll cost me about £20:eek: . Need to do my menu plan and sort out the meals for the next week and hopefully I wont have to spend too much. I have some money but am desperately trying to keep as much as I can for kitchen, overpayments, flooring, car tax   . I have a 3 day course to go on for work also and that always costs money. Oh well I'll be fine xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Dont you just hate the fact that you spend loads at the weekend. I feel as if I have spent a fortune today although I havent really. Spent £6 on haircut for DS. DD got hers cut and I paid £10 towards that. Spent £3 odds in Greggs buying 2 kids and 1 kids friend some lunch. Oh why do they get thirsty  . Costs more for juice than food. Spent £41 in ASDA and £3.50 in fruit shop. Only £90 to do me for shopping budget for rest of month  . To be honest I'm not overly bothered if I go a few pounds over I just use that challenge to keep my grocery spending under control more than anything. Spent £2 in pet shop. I closed my ISA account so had £11 from that. Still have £20 in my purse. DD bought herself a load of clothes from her Christmas money and paid the balance of her hairdo so that was fab. Saved me a fortune. DS had £4 for the swimming baths but it was money well spent for 2 hours peace with DD
. Oh also bought fab wool to knit DD a jumper £18
but soooooooooo nice. Just away to start doing it now. Haven't knitted for ages so am looking forward to it xx

Lol @ Lunar I read you saying something about that the other day. I did have a wee smile. Healthy eating is going really really well. I havent manaaged to pay any more off of my debts
frightened to use any of the money due to all the things I need to pay soon.
My car tax is due this month. I am going to get a years tax as that is definately better value.
Had lunch out today but only spent about £8 and had a really nice catch up with a couple of friends. Kids were at their dads so it was grand. Have nanaged to get my wii age down to 68 :j . Kids find it hilarious that I am all chuffed with this.
I was paying cash today as I like using cash these days and my friend was going to pay the bill with her card. Her card was declined and I was about dying for her. I used mine so it was okay and we are close enough that we had a wee laugh at it. It's funny how you always think you are the only one who is skint. She is coming up to find out about quidco etc to start earning some cash and vouchers.
Have bought everything I need for lunches this week and kids sandwiches are all ready. Going to try and catch up on here tonight as I have hardly been on over the weekend.5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
