Wahey !! well done Binnie. Red all your fingers must be crossed by now
. My dd made dinner tonight. It was just burgers and beans and I picked up some chips from the chippy. Was delicious though. We hardly ever eat junk food so mmmmmmmm we enjoyed it. Probably have heartburn all night now  . Money will clear in my account tomorrow so have marked off the overdrafts and added the money onto Sony in my siggy. For some reason it has moved my DFD by 2 months  . I have no idea why but I know it is saving me loads in interest so too bad.
Been busy putting the final touches to my assignment as I want to post it tomorrow. The final paper is due in on Tuesday and then nothing to do until April. Might do some reading so I am a bit ahead for the next one. Probably wont though. Was mega embarrassed yesterdayyes that much!! Took our library books back but they were a tad late
. They were due back last September.:o . Only cost me £1.20 in fines though :j . Right I am going to get stuck into my assignment so I may be back later. xx

Mortgage £28,214.65/ £26,254.71/ £25,746.43
By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.
By end 2021 I want CC at £10,000.000 -
Good luck with the assignment MIT, better you than me, I'm rubbish at things like that.
Wish me luck for tomorrow morning, got an appointment with the bank manager tomorrow , I'm asking her to sort out my finances if possible.
She thinks she might be able to help by putting mine and hubbies loans in one name and putting my credit card on too, then making it cheaper per month for us. I do hope so.
:j
Other than that, a lottery win will be good. :rotfl:0 -

Hi, Went to see bank manager she reckoned she could save us £300 a month, but that meant swapping the mortgage over to them from the HSBC to the Lloyds TSB and paying off all our loans and cards.
But even though it seemed a good idea, I hadn't realised the quote didn't include life insurance as our other mortgage does.
After many phone calls with HSBC and Lloyds, we have decided to go with HSBC and just pay off the loans, credit cards etc, and the savings will be about £150 per month which will ease the pain a bit.
Have to wait for mortgage application forms which should come by wed, fill them in and then if we are successful, the money will be paid into our bank four weeks later.
We have passed the credit check, so all looks good, keep your fingers crossed please for us.

Hello hello hello!! I hope you are all good. Red you can uncross your bits now as assignment is done and dusted.
Tifn I know how you feel as I have been doing stuff for an assignment this last couple of weeks and I have been a total stress bunny.
Binnie does that mean you're consolidating  . That's how I got in this mess. I consolidated onto my mortgage with a secured loan and then run up the cards again. Please please don't do that.
I have spent today putting things onto e-bay. Been meaning to do it for weeks. Will be the start of my fund to pay off my first ARGOS bill in June so that I dont get any interest charged. Spent too much on shopping today £52. Kids are still moaning as i havent bought ice poles. Its bloody freezing!! They could go out and eat the ice from the puddles I am sure that would taste just as cr*p.
My mum is 65 this month. She wants a mass missal so I will have to make a trip to Glasgow to get one. I think my brother wants to do something special as well but I am skint so I will have to see. Right I am going back to do some more e-baying. xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Did a huge post last night, then the internet died and OH has only just managed to get it back up, can't remember what most of it was so here's the edited highlights
- started with another cold on Friday, everything hurts, including purse - £7 for an expectorant and a decongestant! Couldn't even get the drowsy stuff so think I need to find a new drug supplier.
- fingers hurt too much to cross them so I'm doing a mental one for binnie - as long as you're sure it's the right thing to do.
- have worked out I have enough to fill my ISA this month as long as no emergencies crop up, so I'm transfering the cash over on Tuesday when my cc statement comes through. So I can put any emergencies on my cc and not have to pay until April.
- Good news is that as long as I stick to my budget (and I don't need anymore cold rememedies) I should also have enough to pay off my final cc, so am hopefully optimistc that I will be debt-free by this time next month. I didn't think I'd do it so I'm quite chuffed with this (famous last words:rolleyes: )
- what on earth is a mass missal!?!

If you hurt all over, are you sure it's not flu?- Good news is that as long as I stick to my budget (and I don't need anymore cold rememedies) I should also have enough to pay off my final cc, so am hopefully optimistc that I will be debt-free by this time next month. Are they massive eaters of these? You could always get the moulds and reusable sticks and make your own.
It also has the advantage that you know exactly what has gone into them"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
