Has anyone else renewed by phone how long did it take to get final notice and new payments in bank I know they say up to 8 weeks but its never been that long before even when I did by post , first year I've done phone instead of post renewal as everyone always says it quicker any help please thanks0

Finally got through, they say my pack was sent on the 3rd June so I should wait another week. I'm guessing they sent it via horseback.0

Getting through on the phone is a nightmare. Got cut off the first time and am currently on hold - 15 mins at the moment. I would renew online but husband's employment hours have changed so need to speak to them. Anyone else having such problems?0

Just a quick question please.
I renewed on-line because our household information was correct but the income amount wasn't.
Am I OK to just send the correct figure on-line or should I have rang them?
Thanks0 -

If you have a change to your 2014/15 income then you'll need to call
I received my provisional 14/15 award today but it is still showing the wrong income for 13/4.
Is this because I haven't been processed yet?
Thanks again0 -
Absolutely fine to renew online.
My renewal form didn't have my income on it either. I also renewed online for the first time. Usually do it by phone.
Just to give you all hope - I renewed online late Friday evening, 13th June. Miscellaneous payment (common upon renewal) into my account on 18th June. Final tax credit award for 2013/2014 and new tax credit award for 2014/2015 received in the post today.

Wow that is quick.
I renewed online last Thursday and it still hasn't been processed apparently. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw.0 -
can anyone help please. I have had a provisional award notice for working tax credits for 2013/14 which they say will be automatically renewed on 31st july if I dont contact them. The income from my main employment is on it and correct, but the small profit of £25 made from self employment is not, even though I have told them about this. I dont know whether to ring them again or not. On the provisional award for 2014/15 the expected self employed income is there, so why not on the other one. Should I ring them again0

no, the £25 is for 2013/14, the expected self employed figure for 2014/15 is £200, which is on the provisional award for 2014/15. I hope this makes sense. I dont understand why the £25 is not on the 2013/14 provisional award. Maybe its not significant enough0
