Finally got through, they say my pack was sent on the 3rd June so I should wait another week. I'm guessing they sent it via horseback.

Mine took two weeks and two days.
The horse was in a terrible state when he arrived and will probably take even longer to reach you :(
  • Getting through on the phone is a nightmare. Got cut off the first time and am currently on hold - 15 mins at the moment. I would renew online but husband's employment hours have changed so need to speak to them. Anyone else having such problems?

    Just a quick question please.
I renewed on-line because our household information was correct but the income amount wasn't.
Am I OK to just send the correct figure on-line or should I have rang them?
    Thanks

If the figure for 13/14 then doing it online is fine as that's the purpose of the renewal.

If you have a change to your 2014/15 income then you'll need to call
Thanks very much. It was my 13/14 income that was wrong and I gave my 14/15 over the phone.
I received my provisional 14/15 award today but it is still showing the wrong income for 13/4.
Is this because I haven't been processed yet?

    Thanks again

    Absolutely fine to renew online.

My renewal form didn't have my income on it either. I also renewed online for the first time. Usually do it by phone.

Just to give you all hope - I renewed online late Friday evening, 13th June. Miscellaneous payment (common upon renewal) into my account on 18th June. Final tax credit award for 2013/2014 and new tax credit award for 2014/2015 received in the post today.

    Wow that is quick.

I renewed online last Thursday and it still hasn't been processed apparently. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw.

can anyone help please. I have had a provisional award notice for working tax credits for 2013/14 which they say will be automatically renewed on 31st july if I dont contact them. The income from my main employment is on it and correct, but the small profit of £25 made from self employment is not, even though I have told them about this. I dont know whether to ring them again or not. On the provisional award for 2014/15 the expected self employed income is there, so why not on the other one. Should I ring them again

no, the £25 is for 2013/14, the expected self employed figure for 2014/15 is £200, which is on the provisional award for 2014/15. I hope this makes sense. I dont understand why the £25 is not on the 2013/14 provisional award. Maybe its not significant enough
