I know other people that haven't had their renewal yet, maybe they are doing an automatic one x

    Morning
For the people who renewed online.
Just wondering how long from the date you renewed has it taken to get your award notice after renewal.
Looking back a couple of people said they had theirs completed within a week so I'm wondering if that is a general trend for online renewals :)

I've had a auto renewal this year, but still not had my paper work which was sent out 2 weeks ago. Does anybody know what the income bands are on section c of the confirmation thanks

    Hi

I renewed online on a Thursday evening, one off payment received the following Thursday, and 2013/14 final and 2014/15 award received in post the next day.

    Great :)
Hopefully all the online renewals are as fast.

The online renewal seems to be a multi-page system, ie it asks one question click next, ask another question. The correct answers to which may not be obvious unless you know what other questions it will ask, which you won't have seen yet.

For instance does it ask about deductions separately, eg work expenses, pension contributions, gift aid etc, or does it expect you to have already deducted those when it asks for your income?

It expects you to have this info at hand. So probably best to work through the workout sheet you get with your renewal if any of the above applies to you.

I did an online renewal, it's taken about 4 weeks to get the award notices through.

So it's the same questions as the paper form? Where you have to take off the deductions yourself before giving the figures?

It's very late for us not to have received the renewal forms. In previous years I've always completed and returned our forms by now , but I haven't received anything. Should I wait or give them a ring, I don't want to add to the back log of calls and am happy to wait if I need to, but am concerned they may have been sent and just not arrived. What's the latest the forms would be sent, to someone who receives both WT and CT credits?
