Tax Credits Renewals - 2014

I renewed on line Thursday and it was completed Monday.

Ive still not had my renewal form and they said it was sent the 27th of may , plus they stopped our working tax credits this month nearly £400 and wont tell me why until we renew , they claim my partners work have given them a higher total than was estimated and this is why yet its a different figure to his p60 and what the works accountant has !

I have tried twice yesterday and today to ring to chase where my renewal pack is. It hadn't been issued 25th May. But I know they said end of June worst case but post is terrible here and I wanted to make sure its on its way.
I also want to check what my next payment might be as well as where my pack is. Cause of the auto renewal I want to know before I expect if its going to be lower!


I have held for 15 minutes at 8am and 11am today.


Does anyone know if the auto renewals are all the ones coming June?


Also can anyone advise me if my payments will change much ?


I have two children childcare of £55 a week
I Work 30 hours my estimated income was 14500 but earnt £15250


last year I earnt 14500 and the forthcoming year expect to earn "£14500

sorry I estimated 14500 2013-2014 but actually earnt 15282.


2012-2013 was 14500
and ive estimated for 2014-2015 - 14500

From the online calculator it looks to be about 59 a month less.


Do you know if it is only auto renewals to still come June ?

I'm currently on hold again for 15 mins to see if mine is issued. Might have to hang up as break finishing

I got through.


20 mins holding then got a lovely helpful chap who told me everything i needed to know.


he did however ask me for my mobile number which I thought was odd.


Anyway mine was posted 28th May, Still not received, he doesn't want to re issue me with another just yet incase it turns up.


Said mine is AR only he told me my earnings, they matched mine and was able to tell me payments.


But did say I need to check my circs etc are correct on the AR.
He said to keep the AR as do not get new award notices.

Hi i'm still waiting on my working tax credits renewal form usually received it well before now I did ring them last week and all they said was hasn't been sent yet and wait till end of June ? Didn't give me a reason has anyone else not received there's ?

Something is happening with mine as I have got the NHS Exempt card through with a letter saying that HMRC has said i qualify for free dental care etc...
