Tax Credits Renewals - 2014

I have usually recieved my renewal by now but not had anything as of yet do they change the way they send every year.

I had a child care compliance check last year and took them 14 weeks to deal don't want to go through that Again.

May I ask if you weren't paid tax credits during this 14 weeks?
This is the first year we've claimed the childcare element as hubby was a student previously so I am guessing we'll probably be in line for double checking (no problem with that just concerned if they suspended tax credits in the meantime!)

You will still get paid if they conduct extra checks.

You still get paid your money as normal they just don't finalise your award until the checks are complete. My child care was ok but I was occurring an overpayment as I had a bonus in March which took me over my estimated earnings. Must state never aware if I'm getting a bonus.

ive received my renewal pack and it says i can on the front if nothing has changed. its a beta service so guessing its new. https://www.gov.uk/renewtaxcredits

im guessing it cuts down on the horrid phone call ques.
it said ile get my award notice by 22nd June (forgot to renew it when it came the other day)
