I normally have my renewal by end of april but my circumstances have changed alot this year. I went from a single claim to a joint claim and then back to a single claim. My income has dropped by £9k roughly as i was on maternity allowance and then started claiming income support. When should i get my renewal pack by?

If you were claiming income support the list says you should have had yours by 13th May.
Give them a call to see if your renewal has been sent.0 -

newbie to all this! claimed jobseekers was that the right one to claim for me with 5 year old? joint claim tax credits which probably would have ended this year due to his income as only went back to work few months ago. no house phone and cannot ring free from a mobile, I am still in the same house at moment as he does not know yet that I know (he is in singapore for another 4 weeks) just would like any help or advice please on how I start again with nothing0 -
Hi, can anyone give me some advice? Our renewal pack has not come and no letter received about the cancellation... but my tax credits suddenly stopped (was due weekly payment of £38 yesterday but didnt come), when i called they said that the p60 figures were submitted and we didnt qualify anymore... i thought that the cut off was £30,000- our household income is defiantly less than that, but i had over estimated £130 on a yearly wage.... should this cause so much of a difference?
thanks0 -

Do you have children? If so how many?
Do you have childcare costs? Anyone in the household disabled?
Hi, thank you for the reply... i have 2 kids only 1 in full time edu, other too young.... no childcare and no disability... have been through the entitled2 web questionnaire and the tax credits one on the gov website...both stating we should receive around £35 a week...??0
