Threshold for 2 children is around £32,000.

What was your total income for 2013/14 and expected 2014/15 income?

income for 2013/14 (by p60s and my records) was £27000 and expected 2014/15 is less...but havent been able to tell them that as i havent got the renewal... i just find it hard to believe that our tax credits have been reduced so much- well to zero! i was expecting a drop in september as my youngest is starting school full time... could that effect the present years (eg 2014/15) now??

You can tell them your estimated income for 2014/15 now. You don't need a renewal pack to update anything to do with the current year.

I got my renewal pack last tuesday and called through the same day. Checked my bank account this morning and there is a lump sum payment in there so a one week turnaround for me.
Hope everyone else is as lucky :)

That's only if you were on IS for the whole tax year.

    IQ

So when should I be looking to receive my renewal? Never received it this late before and knew I had slight overpayment on first single claim and joint claim so want to get it sorted ASAP, thanks

Just phoned them and mine hasnt been sent yet. Now im getting worried!
  • I called tax credit today to see where my renewal pack is as I always get in April. She said mines not issued yet. And could be up to end of June.
I asked if mine is auto renewal or can I renew online. She said no as my case is complex I have to ring or send declaration back.
I don't know what this means only can think that im still paying back overpayment for two more months this is mine!
maybe my renewal will be done june after my last overpayment payment.

so for anyone waiting still yes she said only ring after end of june if not received as they are staggered.
