    thanks for the info blondebubbles

I actually rang the help line yesterday afternoon. Must admit always very helpful.

Told me not to worry and can take up to 28th June 2014 but with me it looks like now I will get mine soon.

Said it doesn,t go out to certain areas at certain times it is just purely random.

Blondebubbles - did you say it was just income related ESA claimants that should have their packs by today, it wasn't the contribution based claimants? Thanks....

    Hi All

I haven't received a renewal pack yet, but I have received a letter last week saying they are doing the thorough check on my childcare costs. I have filled it in and sent everything back. But i'm a bit worried.

Nursery have provided an invoice for the whole tax year detailing the weekly payments made. They have also provided a letter as to how they calculated the weekly cost which I copied on the form.

However I have only been able to send bank statements from September 2013-April 2014. This is because me & my husband separated on the 2nd September 2013 and I had to make a new tax credits claim as a single mother.

Ex had all the old joint account statements for April 2013-September 2013 and has told me he's shredded them.

So I have just sent them what i've got, but it is actually relevant to when I started claiming as a single parent so will I be ok?

    TIA

Hi....I was just wondering if anyone knows what happens re renewal notices when one of you works and the other is self employed? I work part time and my husband is self employed and we haven't received our renewal notice yet which is unusually late......could it be to do with the RTI thing? I know it's sounds silly but I'm frightened to ring them up to enquire where my renewal us!! I hate this time of year!!!

    Hi Blondebubbles,
I've had a quick look at your post and I think I'm due for my renewal to arrive by 24th May. We've never ever received it this late though! Always get worried around renewal time esp this year with form being so late...usually done and dusted by 1st May! Just hope it arrives soon, then can relax again for a year!! When it doesn't come think the worst and that there's a problem/something wrong!!

I've just logged into my bank account and found an extra payment, I only got my normal tax credits yesterday and today have an extra £250.

Not sure why this has happened as I was waiting for my renewal pack to update earnings as I under estimated by about £300 (OH must have had a % increase in June that I did not take into account.

My OH had a part time job as well as his full time job from April last year until middle of May and earnt £1,500 from that job so total for the year was 30,284.64 and I estimated at £29,900.

Wondering if I should call them up and check?
