No idea, depends what the interest rate is
One of the things I do is to try and work in units of my daily interest. For example, if I have any extra income I can say that it has covered 7 or 10 days of interest.
If I am thinking about having a takeaway I would say that its 2 days interest, and would weigh up if I still wanted this takeaway. The answer sometimes is still yes :rotfl:

Looks about right to me Catriona, give or take the odd penny.
Doubt I will be having any takeout in the near future as I went a bit overboard in Ald1 (because its cheap I stock up), and now probably have enough food to open my own takeaway :rotfl:

Random act of kindness yesterday.......
My neighbour (whom I had not spoken to before) took pity on me walking in the torrential rain and offered me a lift to bus stop.
Not yet found anyone in need so I can pass it on.

Relatively productive weekend.
Spent a few hours of DIY, which is as ever progressing slowly.
Went into town to get a new pair of sports shoes in preparation for the new season. Stumbled across a closing down sale on the way back and managed to find a couple of items very cheap. Looked at some jeans but not much left other than dozens of pairs with a 30 inch waist, but a 34 inch leg. I'm not quite sure who they expected would be buying them :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

DIY seems to take too long to get done.
Keep at it though - I'm sure it will be worth it in the endI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards. MC
A tall, thin person. My ex is that size:rotfl:
Sounds like you got some great bargains.
Diy a pain, but the rates the trades charge well worth having a go yourself. I'm having a go at my student house shortky, dreading it, but looks so much better when doneHOME
