Hop you and your students had a good time Janey - do you get an extra day off to recover or is that wishful thinking?
I wish! They will all be pretty tired tomorrow though so we won't be doing anything too taxing "It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes. It is in fact true. It's called living." Terry PratchettBought our house 2012Married 2015

I see you do the Halifax rewards as well
I'm a long time Halifax customer ( I used to work for them:eek:), and, although the reward scheme is really limited, I love getting a reward to click on, and getting the chance to use it!
They keep on offering me Sunglasses Hut, which is no good at all, but I have managed to use 3 rewards for the grand total of £4.45.
I haven't checked my on line banking for a few days, I might have a reward waiting for me:jEarly retired - 18th December 2014

Hi Goldie
I think we're talking about different H@lifax rewards - I get £5 interest a month for transferring some money in and out
I am soooo tired today. I literally have no brain power and feel like I'm just drifting through the day. Today has also been quite spendy. I went to pilates this morning then we spent the afternoon at the county show. We haven't been for years and have never gone together, so we were looking forward to it but it was really expensive to get in and we only stayed for about four hours  I also bought a veggie burger and two drinks so I'm definitely over my weekly spends budget already!
I'm hoping to get an early night and feel a bit more myself tomorrow. I've got some schoolwork to do and feel like I need to get back in control again!

The badgers dont all die on the road. The farmers shoot them and dump them on the road.
Not sure if thats better or worse!!0 -
I'm really tired too today - and did the week go really slowly, or was that just me? Hope you're enjoying your SaturdayBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I was only in school for two days but they were really slow! I kind of feel like it's the end of term already but I've still got so much to do! Trying (unsuccessfully) not to think about it
Earlier, I did the unthinkable - I signed up to view my pension online  I have been carefully ignoring all the stuff that comes through the door from time to time, but today I thought I'd give it a go. I learnt two things:- I don't have much of a pension because I have worked part-time for 4 years
- I really don't understand my pension
I tried reading a few of the FAQs and using the calculators but it didn't help
So, on with something that is more at my level of understanding :rotfl: - a 62p TT moved to my ISA, topped up with £1 to meet the minimum transfer limit :rotfl:"It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes.
