    True story^^ I also use cauli as a topping for cottage pie. :D You can also use it as a "pizza" base..

    I think I'd be too scared to post my meals on here, mainly cos if then be worrying it wasn't healthy enough. So Tink you have more balls than I do :p

    Well today is somewhat a cheat day as I'm having sausage mash and peas :o it was that or a jacket potato but am slightly sick of them atm

    Eating out means I don't have a lot of choice but didn't have time to cook before I left the house as my alarm didn't go off

    In my defence this is all I'm eating all day

    I think part of my problem is a serious love/hate relationship with food. Right now I hate it, if I could never eat again I'd be happy :o I'm back down to my lowest weight today but still don't feel like it's good enough :(

    I think there's a lot of people who would never like to eat again

    There's nothing wrong with a change every now and then
