So far so good & i've stuck to plan. I'll post photo's of my meals later so I can look back & have a record.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Theres even sugar in weetabix. Couple of people I know was doing a no sugar detox and was most upset because they had bought weetabix and not realised there was sugar in it.
I dont eat a lot of ready meals, I would assume I dont actually eat that much sugar apart from in fruit and the very odd ready meal I do buy, but stuff like tomato sauce, tomato soup is really bad for sugar I believe.
there is also sugar added to tinned tomatoes.. Sugar is in everything bar dried grains, veggies and fruit (although their is natural sugar in these foods) .

When my youngest was small and I was weaning him onto solids (and we are going back nearly 18 years!) He used to have baby porridge for breakfast.
I happened to glance at the ingredients and discovered that the specific baby porridge had more salt and sugar than Ready Brek. The baby crap went in the bin!ENFP - AssertiveOfficially in a clique of idiotsSmoke me a kipper; I'll be back for breakfast0 -
