Yesterday I had a go ahead bar and a yogurt and coffee. Missed lunch as didn't have time. Tea was a tesco healthy living quiche(want to have a go at making one myself next time) lettuce, cherry toms cucumber and a small ammount of coleslaw with jacket potato which I used half ammount of butter and cheese on it I used to. Then in evening I had a glass of squash and 3 biscuits, instead of about 10 I would normally of had....and managed to avoid eating cake or chocolate and crisps.

It's the little things isn't it IE three biscuits instead of 10, it all adds up

    Well done :j

If you don't want to eat melon or grapes anymore could you replace them with other fruit? I'd be eating veg with your fish and getting rid of the energy drink and maybe a few oatcakes as well added in.

Good fats? Things like avocado, you can grate it on sandwiches or make dip with it.

It's not that I don't want to eat them, I cut them out as they made me ill but I am going to get some grapes next time we shop and try them again

I had salad with fish, is that not ok?

Energy drinks will stay, don't like oak cakes, do like ryvita though

    Really want to try avocado

Next time we shop we'll be getting grapes, swede, carrots, more salad more of the sole etc

Bowl of honey nut cornflakes and a yogurt this morning. Weighed the cereal but 30g look tiny so had 40g....can't do the math on caps yet cos my brains not fully awake. Lunch will be crackers and sweet chilli light spear cos it needs eating....no idea what I'm doing for tea yet.

Nothing wrong with salad, just if that was your portion for one day there's not enough fruit and veg in there.

Again it's not about others it's about me and how I feel in myself and when I'm in a swimsuit

So, do you never get naked or wear underwear undoors then? Surely it's the same thing, if you're not worried about other people seeing you.
