I know its not the same as a RL person, but this is YOUR thread and we can help support you.
Weight loss is an emotional journey too, and can be affected by your emotions. So we could help you if you wanted to talk to us about it?
Yes, this is what I am saying too, WantToBeSE.
Tink2 should use this as her support network, in order to deal with the issues which are causing the problems and stalling the weight-loss.Dear Lord, I am calling upon you today for your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right and just path. My mind is troubled but I will strive to keep it set on you, as your infinite wisdom will show me the way to a just and right resolution. Amen.0 -

Right,enough banter.

No, I have no one to talk to
Nice prayer
Can your doctor refer you to anyone to talk to?
Or, as other people have said, talk to us. There may be nothing anyone can do but sometimes just getting things off your chest can help.
I know what I'm like and dieting when everything else feels rubbish is one of the hardest things in the world but I've always ended up wishing I could've stuck to it because I end up feeling ten times worse when I realise how much hard work I've undone.
Good luck with everything.0 -

You do what? Jump off it or put half a stone of, or both? Are you trying to lose or maintain?
I jump off it (very carefully, and still making sensible choices and without bingeing) once, sometimes twice per week. I can because I'm trying to maintain and not lose. OP is trying to lose weight which she won't if she has a cheat day once a week and jumps off for a week whenever she has "!!!! to deal with".******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

Jump off it, it was a flippant remark based on my practice of 5:2 dieting - I do eat TDEE or less on the non fast days, though I have gone 500 Calories over it on rare occasions.
I am still losing slowly as I near my target but I do have (just) visible absand stretch marks
