Thanks
Just so hungry and tired all the time, need a few days in to reset myself I think
Keep looking at recipes but it's all unhealthy stuff
Good luck tomorrow
Are you eating enough calories when dieting? If not, that's why you are hungry and tired.
Remember that you can eat much more when you eat healthily too.

I've managed to give up my first love, crisps but cant give up boiled sweets. I like pear drops and sherbet lemons.
Never been a fan of sweets or biscutes tbh
Crisps have always been my thing, no intention of giving them up though, what would be the point, I will never go my entire life not eating crisps0 -

Are you eating the right things that fill you up? Things like porridge and sweet pototoes are filling without being fattening. Also vegetable soup/vege chillis and currys are good.0 -
