Greek yoghurt over a sliced banana, drizzled with honey and a sprinkle of toasted chopped nuts.
    Mashed avocado on oatcakes.

Is there anyone elce who cant stop eating sweets and biscuits?
I've managed to give up my first love, crisps but cant give up boiled sweets. I like pear drops and sherbet lemons.

I just don't buy them at all. That way they aren't in my kichen cupboard to tempt me.

That's a shame. I used to get quite a lot of heart burn but I could usually manage them.
How about some quorn rashers of bacon with mushrooms and tomatoes?
Really you can eat whatever you fancy , it doesn't have to be specific 'breakfast food'.

Ooh I like the sound of that! Or a quorn bacon sandwich!

Yeah I get it terrible if I have sugary things first meal, that includes fruit

Oatcakes/crackers or ryvitas, for breakfast with spreadable cheese or jam/marmalade and a yoghurt.

I like dandelions suggestion for brekkie, that's what I would have if I didn't have toast.
How about sandwiches, or grilled tomatoes with fake bacon, or pancakes with fruit.

A friend of mine used to have quorn bacon and tomato sandwiches (try and make sure it's brown bread). Also good for lunch with lettuce for a BLT :)

Porridge is always filling too. You don't have to cover it in sweet toppings if it gives you heartburn.
