Its the schofield one I know, but they look pretty similar

The thing is as you lose, you'll need to keep cutting calories as the less you weigh, the less your body will need in calories to maintain your weight.

Oh yeah, I work it out every four weeks when I weigh in

OK...so I don't seem the problem? In 12 weeks you have lost that amount of weight, which is bang on key for the healthy 1-2lbs a week.

You're doing good with the weightloss, but may be feeling hungry as you are wasting calories on junk food instead of eating healthier foods :)

Well obviously yes but not since the 6th jan which was when I started this diet

You're contradicting yourself left right and centre. On page 2 you posted:

When I eat pizza (frozen one) I will eat the whole thing, maybe me and the OH should have half each with salad

I am dropping my portions IE two slices if bread instead if 4 or 2-3 quorn sausages instead of 5-6 etc

The only low fat anything I eat is the lighter than light mayo

You can't hope to lose weight eating that amount of grub and not moving about much.

How about fishcakes for breakfast, then? Maybe with a bit of rice and washed down with a cup of black or green tea.

No contradictions, I have one frozen pizza a week and I've cut down on the rest

Can't hope to lose weight? I already have done

Ah, I see now. I went back and re read the 1st post.

just jump back on the wagon asap. The longer you are off it, the harder it is to get back on again.

Work out why you fell off in the first place- were you bored with what you were eating, were you not noticing results?

There will always be a reason. Just take some time to think about what is may be. You don't have to post it on here, it may be private, but have a think anyway.

Also- have you heard of the imposter syndrome? Where we subconsciously stop ourselves from achieving what we really want because we don't truly believe that we deserve it.
Google it if you think it'll help.

Plateaus are normal even when you are eating healthily and exercising hard. I know you cant exercise at the moment, but sometimes we do hit a plateau. If I got miserable every time my weight had stayed the same over the last 11 months Id have given up.

Thats why you need to think long term.

Didn't even think about smoothies tbh. Vodka idea good but not before I take kids to school lol. Won't be doing morning school run for a while but have started a job at dinner time at school so will be a bit more active than I have been.
