Also- do you drink enough water?
re fitting in more fruit- chop 1 up and put in in your cereal/porridge/on your bread/toast. Tinned, frozen, fresh or dried, they are all good topped with yogurt for a sweet treat.0 -
Sugar first meal = heartburn, not an excuse it's a fact
I do want to do this hence why I'm cutting down
This is my point. More excuses. Instead of saying what you can't/won't do, work it out for yourself. If it's that important to you, you will find things that work for you. Otherwise it's just working out why you won't.
Looking at the diet you posted, I would suggest that you could cut out a few things completely, such as pizza, chips, crisp, chocolate. If you are sincere, you will.
Also, you talk of 2-3 larger meals, not more smaller ones. Surely you should be balancing 1 larger meal against 2-3 small ones. I eat a light breakfast (usually cereal), a sandwich for lunch, and a main meal in the evening. I'm not that active so it's plenty. You simply have to discipline yourself or you will be chasing this for evermore.0 -

I'm purely going on calories though so it doesn't matter if they are eaten in 2 bigger meals or 4 smaller ones as long as I don't go over a certain amount
And yeah crisps are gone0 -
If its including fish then it's not vegan or veggie
No way could I be vegan, I hate nuts apart from the odd walnut
That's why I said vegan plus fish.... So you don't like nuts either.. what DO you like eating?
There's no way you'd be overweight if you ate fish and vegetables and rice
You've been packing away the pizza, sausages, crisps and goodness knows what else.
Can you switch to wholemeal bread and pasta and rice? They'd at least fill you up more.0 -

Its the schofield one I know, but they look pretty similar
The thing is as you lose, you'll need to keep cutting calories as the less you weigh, the less your body will need in calories to maintain your weight.0
