totally.
IMO there is something distinctly "odd" about how the McCanns have managed to stay in the limelight all this time - they've definitely got contacts and possibly some sort of hidden agenda.
Sounds bad saying it, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if this whole thing was some sort of elaborate "experiment" or press stunt for one reason or another. There's just too much about it that doesn't really add up, and the whole hysteria surrounding it has meant that few have really stopped to ask questions....
It's even harder to ask questions, of course, when the "if you don't have/like children, you're a waste of oxygen" brigade won't hear a word against them... YES, it's terrible etc but there is a lot more to this than meets the eye, and I for one would like to see the McCanns heavily scrutinised rather than sympathised with.
They're far too self-serving - something about this whole affair just gives me a bad feeling...0 -
However bad and careless the parents are, it's not the fault of the three year old, and surely if she is still alive she deserves to be found and go home?0

I saw this ad on Saturday before the Die Hard film. When it said "her parents did not get to spend her birthday with her" or words to that effect the woman behind me said "Well if they had looked after her in the first place they would have spent her birthday with her"!! i am wondering why they haven't been done for neglect. i'm sure that parents in the uk who left a young girl like that alone and in charge of two other siblings would be prosecuted for neglectnothing to see here, move along...0

probably because they are middle class and are both dr's.
if the family were from a council estate everyone would be slagging them off.
i feel sorry for the parents i really do, but their daughter isn't the only child to ever go missing. also they have to take some responsibilty for their actions.
I notice that the little girl kid napped in africas only got a small paragraph in the papers.Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.0 -
Wouldnt it be ironic if she was found, they returned to the UK, were charged with gross negligence and had the bairn taken off them....:: No Unauthorised Links in Signatures please - FM ::0
