I did drink 10-14 cups of coffee per day with 2 sugars and milk. I have now cut sugar out. And feel a bit shaky every so often.(assume its a lack of sugar)

coffice? I've never heard of this- you say it has sugar and calories (not calory
) in so I'm thinking it's not like coffee or anything, is it a new drink I need to steer clear of? 0 -
I probably have 6-8 mugs of coffee each day, all with semi skimmed milk and 1 sweetex. I dont have any after tea time but have a glass of semi skimmed milk before bed.Treat other's how you like to be treated.

Could it mean coffee in the office ? :rotfl:First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win - Gandhi0 -
1-2 mugs of coffee, made with instant granules. No sugar, no milk.0

One cup of coffee when I get into work, then maybe four cups of tea (mid-morning, mid-afternoon, when I come home from work and after dinner). Tea with a splash of milk, coffee quite milky. No sugar in either - I used to have sugar in coffee but have given it up for Lent.
Sometimes one or more of the teas will be herbal if I feel like I need it. I also try to have a glass of water for every coffee/caffeinated tea so I don't get dehydrated."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -
I have about 10 cups of tea a day with skimmed milk and no sugar. I drink less in the summer months though as I drink more water.0
