how many cups of coffee/tea, do you drink per day?

I did drink 10-14 cups of coffee per day with 2 sugars and milk. I have now cut sugar out. And feel a bit shaky every so often.(assume its a lack of sugar)

That's a lot of sugar, probably a good thing you cut it out.
I drink 3-4 cups of coffee, no sugar but a fair bit of milk. I mostly drink my coffee before lunch, seldom feel like it in the afternoon.0 -
i probably have around 10 cups of coffee a day OP, but I don't have any sugar, and just a dash of milk.0

Probably about 6-8 cups of tea. milk no sugar. Otherwise I drink sugar free squash or water.

About 6 coffee on a weekday, a few more than that on a weekend. Milk and 2 sugar in each one.
That's quite a lot of sugar, not to mention the Haribo....
