Since my post on page 1 I am now on a diet (for health issues rather than weight but that can't help either). I now only have one cup of tea per day with semi skimmed milk (no coffee) and weirdly I can really taste the dairy in it now, it just doesn't taste as nice as when I drunk 6-8 cups a day.

Instead I drink water with a bit of lemon throughout the day.

3 or 4 cups at the most with 1% milk or green tea/herbal infusions. These are growing in me. I prefer coffee to tea but I'm trying to cut down.
