how many cups of coffee/tea, do you drink per day?

I have a Tassimo coffee machine and I actually drink less coffee now than when I used instant, the pods are pretty pricey, but so much nicer.

I have no more than 3 caffeinated coffees a day, all before noon. I have some decaff pods if I fancy one in the afternoon, which is rare. I probably have about 3 cups of tea a week.

I don't have sugar, just a splash of milk.

I usually have a coffee at breakfast; tea at luchtime and a cup of tea again with my tea. All with a dash of milk and half teaspoon of sugar. Then before going to bed i'll have a Cocoa made with milk powder instead of milk and no sugar.

I drink about 8 cups of tea, no sugar semi-skinned milk, and 2 coffee's a day

Drinking so much coffee a day is really very unwise. My bowel specialist said something like that a lot of his work is caused by the drinking of so much coffee.

Surprised how most of you don't have sugar in your coffee.
I love a nice sweet coffee, but coffee without sugar is almost undrinkable for me!

I probably have about 5-10 per day at a guess.

My dad would probably win the thread based on the numbers i've seen so far.
I'd estimate 25+ cups for him

more than 1 cup of coffee a day gives me palpitations and I get jittery, especially the good Italian stuff from the shops. I have not taken sugar in either tea or coffee since I'd been on my first diet 30 years ago. Sadly that#s the only low-calorie habit I've retained from that

I drink about 15 cups of tea a day and one or two coffees. I take very little milk in them and no sugar.

I only drink decaff - I changed over from caffeinated a few years ago and wouldn't want to go through those withdrawal headaches again!:eek:

I also drink several glasses of water on top of that as I have to keep very well hydrated due to a medical condition - as a result I know where all the best public toilets are in town! I really should cut down on the tea a little, especially so if I am going out for the day!:o

I found I was drinking about the same, I've cut the caffeine after 5pm and switch to decaf, I'm now sleeping better than ever!

i drink tea no sugar but a tiny drip of skimmed milk, no coffee.
it averages about 30 mugs per day, i feel fine

None. I dont drink tea or coffee. Like tea better than coffee but its very rare I'll have a cup of tea either.

Dont drink cola or diet cola anymore either. Mostly just water with the odd low sugar fruit juice, cranberry or cherry mainly.
