how many cups of coffee/tea, do you drink per day?

I did drink 10-14 cups of coffee per day with 2 sugars and milk. I have now cut sugar out. And feel a bit shaky every so often.(assume its a lack of sugar)

Probably 5 cups of tea, no sugar, skimmed milk, one coffee twice a week.

  • That's a lot of sugar, probably a good thing you cut it out.

I drink 3-4 cups of coffee, no sugar but a fair bit of milk. I mostly drink my coffee before lunch, seldom feel like it in the afternoon.

Probably about 6-8 cups of tea. milk no sugar. Otherwise I drink sugar free squash or water.

JustJohn - 14 cups of coffee is a lot of caffeine, I would have thought some of those shakes could be caffeine withdrawl although sugar can do this too.

About 6 coffee on a weekday, a few more than that on a weekend. Milk and 2 sugar in each one.

That's quite a lot of sugar, not to mention the Haribo.... :o
Can't think of anything smart to put here...
