Back in my teaching days, I would have about 5 mugs of coffee per day. I'm no longer doing that, and no longer feel the need for so much coffee.

I could, however, drink tea for England. I probably have 5-6 mugs of tea per day, but rarely more than one coffee. I have milk and sugar in the tea, but just sugar in the coffee.

2-3 cups of strong coffee a day plus at least two cups of tea, sometimes three. I've switched my last thing cup to herb tea. Your intake sounds like a lot to me but then again some coffee is weaker or stronger than others. I bought myself coffee last time I was abroad and it's rocket fuel, I've had to start cutting it with a milder coffee or it gives me the shakes :)

3 or 4 cups of coffee, white with one sugar.

I am amazed at how many cups some of you drink. I'd be permanently in the loo!

Like you, used to drink up to 15 a day with milk and two sugars. I used to get up at 5:15am and had drunk four before 9am, and this continued right through until about 6pm. I wouldn't touch it after then because I wouldn't sleep.

I cut out the sugar and that dropped to about 5-6, more often than not half drunk as well. I was drinking the tea and coffee to get the sugar rush and without the sugar I only had a cup when I really fancied one. Now I tend to drink coffee not tea, and usually decaff.

Sleep patterns have improved and so has my skin condition. And I'm slowly losing weight.

I am trying to loose a bit of weight as I am not as trim as I used to be, just wondered what everyone else was consuming.

My calorie count on my coffee's alone is silly lol

I have tried coffee with splenda and stevia it just does not taste the same. I find I am drinking coffee less since dropping sugar.

    I drink nescafe instant.
