Don't see how that's relevant. I've made my point, multiple newbie posts in a short space of time look somewhat suspect. We've all seen the likes of Perky register under pseudonyms and many of us will have reported those posts too.
Yes, some OPs come on here and wilfully ignore our advice, and this service is probably worthwhile for them. I won't "moan" about them because they're only hurting their own wallet and it's just not worth it. In fact I'm not moaning here either - just questioning whether a newbie is legitimate. We've all done that, too.
Funnily enough, the suspicious-looking post has now been removed, so maybe the mods agreed?
You're moaning because you see someone making money. Look closely and they're not making much, if at all.
And as for post removal, as CM says, removed almost automatically.0 -
Of course it's relevant.

Couldn't care less if someone is making money, if they're doing it legitimately. The issue is posters (potentially) tainting the forum and those who freely give their time, by using the forum as a free advertising tool. I am not saying for one second that's what happened, but suspicious newbies and a lack of transparency as far as not registering as a company rep don't look good.
Both posts I reported have now been removed, so whether it's due to the mods or multiple reports of spamming, I'm clearly not alone in thinking something is wrong here. I simply don't believe that 2 newbies in a couple of days would register here, one with a specific and unusual name (beat-PCNs), solely to recommend a business - never mind one who charges for something that they could do themselves for free. I'm entitled to be suspicious about it, you're entitled to believe it, but it won't sot me reporting other over-enthusiastic newbies - whether they are pro-PPC or pro-Appeals Service.
Please, let's stop this in-fighting and focus on what's important - helping people who are targeted by PPCs.0
